Finished in Zenith Blue Metallic over a Black full leather interior, this 1999 Porsche 996 Carrera 4 Coupe came with extensive factory options including an exterior Aerokit, Sport Suspension, a Tiptronic transmission, carbon fiber interior trim, stainless steel tailpipes, aluminum instrument dials, Litronic xenon headlamps, 18” 993 Turbo-look wheels, and more. Having been previously registered in New York and North Carolina, this Carrera 4 is now being offered for auction by its seller out of Pennsylvania with approximately 39k miles showing on the odometer.
The 996 Carrera 4 was the last narrow-bodied Porsche 911 with all-wheel-drive and can be distinguished from a standard Carrera by its silver-colored brake calipers and rear decklid badging. This example is finished in the rarely seen color of Zenith Blue Metallic (F1) and features an optional Aerokit including a GT3-style front bumper, side skirts, and rear wing. Other options include Litronic xenon headlights, a headlamp washer system, stainless-steel tailpipes, an electric sunroof, and 18” 993 Turbo-look wheels with colored Porsche crest center caps. The car rides on Michelin Pilot Sport A.S 3+ tires. Detailed images are provided in the gallery along with a clean CARFAX report.
Inside, this 996 is appointed with Black full leather upholstery accented by Exclusive carbon fiber trim for the dashboard, instrument panel surround, air vents, speaker covers, gear selector, and handbrake. Other options include 8-way power-adjustable and heated seats with driver memory, a three-spoke steering wheel with Tiptronic shift buttons, stainless-steel door sill guards, aluminum-look instrument dials, a leather-covered ignition lock surround, and the Hi-Fi Sound System with original CR-220 CD stereo and trunk-mounted CDC-3 CD changer. The CARFAX report shows the headliner and sun visors were replaced by Paramount Porsche of North Carolina in 2018.
A naturally aspirated 3.4-liter M96 flat-six engine delivers up to 300 HP and 258 lb.-ft of torque to the rear wheels through a 5-speed Tiptronic automatic transmission. The car is equipped with optional Sport Suspension (M030) as well as Porsche Stability Management (PSM), Automatic Brake Differential (ABD), and fixed 4-piston brakes with ventilated discs at each corner. The CARFAX report shows the A/C system flushed and recharged in 2022 at 34,423 miles.
This sale will include a clean title.

You can absolutely drive her home!
What’s the confidence in a 700 miles drive home if there was a potentially successful bid?
Anything needed before hitting I-80 and putting down some miles?

No leaks.
IMS is dual row from the factory
I don’t have prior service records
Great looking car with an iconic Porsche wing.
This is a good looking 996.1. Does the car have any leaks? Same old questions on an early 996: Has the IMS bearing been replaced? How about the other 996 maintenance items? Tranny mount, injectors, coils/spark plugs, coolant tank. Thank you.
