Up for auction is this 1960 Porsche Diesel Junior Tractor. Purchased by its current owner 8 years ago in good running order, this 1960 Junior has since been completely repainted and treated to some noteworthy refurbishments and mechanical imrovements including a new rear engine seal and wiring harness as well as transmission and differential oil changes. Reported to have been kept indoors while being driven semi-regularly to maintain good running order, this well-presented Porsche tractor makes the perfect choice for any passionate enthusiast or collector.
During the seller’s ownership within the last 5 years, this tractor was completely refinished in a traditional Porsche Red epoxy paint. New OEM-spec headlights were also installed along with new turn signals and taillights. The original date-coded wheels are retained which come mounted with new rear tires and correct-type German front tires.
The cockpit features a newly installed temperature gauge, a new light switch and a custom German-made seat cover. A hydraulic rear tow bar is equipped which is also stated to be fully operational.
Power comes from an air-cooled single-cylinder 822cc diesel engine that produces 14 HP at 2250 RPM and is paired with a dual-range 3-epicyclic 3-speed transmission with high and low ranges. Under the care of the current owner the rear engine seal was replaced along with the wiring harness as well as the transmission, differential and engine oil. Stated to have been taken out on semi-regular drives, the seller confirms this tractor to be in strong running order.

@wolfdog Porsche made a blade mower for this tractor. May be difficult to find . There is a Porsche parts site on Virginia. There is a PTO at the rear which could be adapted to a pull mower. The splined shaft may need an adapter .
I was wondering if you could put any kind of mower attachment on this tractor?
