Having recently undergone a high-quality nut and bolt restoration, this spectacular 1963 example features a fully rebuilt and numbers-matching 1.6L engine. Driven approximately 220 miles since the completion of the restoration, this 356 is now being offered for auction in an impeccable like-new state.
This 356 has been refinished in its rare Porsche COA verified original color of Heron Grey. The seller notes the car to be in immaculate condition with stamped hinges and all original body panels. Detailed images are provided in the photo gallery. This coupe rides on a set of highly sought-after Coddington wheels which are also shown to be in excellent shape.
The cabin has been freshly upholstered in decadent blue leather as per the original factory specifications. During the restoration, all interior components were either replaced or restored to as-new standards. Power comes from an air-cooled 1.6L flat-six engine which has been recently rebuilt by the professionals at Carrera 6 Racing in New York.
