Available for auction is a 1965-style Shelby Cobra replica by Superformance. This Cobra was Completed in 2020 as a Superperformance "Custom Series" in which only 4 models were produced. Superformace, the only Shelby-licensed builder, boasts a strong reputation for building high quality Cobra replicas and this example appears to be no exception. This no-expense-spared two-year transformation began as a hand-selected rolling chassis and highlights a few notable performance upgrades including a Roush 427 SR engine and Tremec 5-speed transmission. Having driven 675 miles since completion, this Cobra is now being offered by its owner out of Santa Rosa, California.
This example has been finished in Jet Black and is said to remain in excellent condition. A few exterior features specific to the "custom series" model include special Grigio Silverstone Le Mans stripes with Monza Red pinstripes, black out package. The car rides on 18” black and polished wheels wrapped in Nitto tires. A black snap-on tonneau cover will be included in the sale.
The interior features black leather bucket seats with diamond stitching and red accents. Period-correct Smiths Gauges with a Lucas Ammeter Gauge appoint a leather wrapped dashboard. Optional extras include a leather wrapped steering wheel, cup holder with small compartment, glove box, push-to-start button and a hidden kill switch. The interior is noted to be in excellent condition with all features functioning properly.
The Roush 427 SR crate engine is said to produce a dyno-tested 515 HP. This particular engine benefits from an upgraded cam, two-piece billet Roush valve covers and stainless steel braided fuel lines. This engine also features a surplus of stainless steel and chrome fixtures making for a high quality and attractive powerplant. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a 5-speed manual Tremec transmission with a custom short Billet shifter. All Superformance Cobras are equipped with aluminum Limited Slip Differentials, power disc 4-piston Wilwood brakes and aluminum radiator with twin electric fans. Mechanically the car is said to be in working order and ready to be enjoyed by its next owner.
Included in this sale are 2 sets of keys, documentation of the build, a Superformance Certificate of Authenticity, a tonneau cover, 2 car covers and a clean specialty vehicle title. @bigdaddy21 A buddy of mine is 6’3” and has a Superformance, no issues fitting.
mikeammain, My apologies to all for my " rookie " videos. Unfortunately I am not very tech savvy and only had my Samsung cell and a small, lightweight tripod.
( that I rigged to the roll bar )
That said I wanted to get something posted to help others better appreciate the great sounds and enjoyable experience when going through the gears in this Shelby Cobra.

I am 6'0" and 220 lb. It is a perfect fit for me.
My thoughts would be that you would fit in the car as well.
I believe the seat can slide back a bit, but would have to check ( and will )
As far as you head above the windshield, I don't believe that would happen.
The seat is tucked nicely into the cabin and I will double check however, I don't believe my head is even close to the top of the windshield.
Finally. I know that some taller drivers remove the seat rails ( tracks ) that lowers the seat another 1" to 1 1/2 ".
never drove oe sit in one, will a 6 foot 3 guy fit in the car and not be looking over the windshield and have leg room ????
B.T.W. My camera ( any I would suggest ) can not do this paint job justice ! It is deep and rich and stops people on the street with " thumbs up " anytime I take it out.
