We are pleased to present this 1967 Chevrolet C2 Corvette Stingray finished in Goodwood Green over a Saddle vinyl interior. The second generation of Chevrolet’s Corvette sports car, the C2 was the first to bear the Stingray namesake and debuted a new chassis with improved steering, brakes, and suspension. This 1967 example is said to have been fully restored while retaining its original Turbo Fire 327ci V8 and numbers-matching Muncie 4-speed manual transmission. Sold new at Kinney Chevrolet of Brooklyn, NY, this Corvette was also optioned with a Posi-Trac rear differential, 4-wheel power disc brakes, power steering, headrests, and an AC Delco AM/FM radio. Described as being a show-quality investment-grade example, this Corvette is now being offered for auction by its seller out of Alabama with approximately 51k original miles on the odometer accompanied by original sales documentation and records dating back to 1967.
This Stingray is finished in Goodwood Green (983) and was completely refinished during its restoration followed by extensive professional detailing and polishing. Along with its distinctive wraparound rear window and split chrome front and rear bumpers, this final-year 1967 example features five fender vents instead of three, smooth chrome-trimmed rocker panels, and a single reverse light over the rear license plate. Additional images are provided in the photo gallery. Exterior details include pop-up headlights, a single chrome driver’s side mirror, and dual exhaust outlets. This Corvette retains its original 15"x6" Rally wheels with chrome beauty rings and Goodyear Assurance Polyglas tires.
Trimmed in Saddle (420) vinyl, the cabin features bucket seats with optional headrests, a vertically mounted AC Delco AM/FM radio, and a three-spoke woodgrain steering wheel that sits ahead of instrumentation including a 160-MPH speedometer, a 7k-RPM tachometer, and gauges for battery charge, water temperature, oil pressure, and fuel level. A quartz clock kit was installed in September of 2021 along with new vent window regulators and seatbelts.
Under the hood, this Stingray carries its original L79 Turbo Fire 327ci V8 with a single four-barrel carburetor. The last six digits of the engine stamping (114099) match the last six digits of the vehicle's VIN number as shown in the gallery. The HT engine code suffix also confirms the engine was manufactured as an L79 327ci V8 paired with a manual transmission. As much as 350 HP and 360 lb.-ft of torque are sent to the rear wheels through a Muncie 4-speed manual transmission and optional 3.55 Posi-Traction limited-slip differential. The carburetor was rebuilt in September of 2021 along with servicing of the differential with fresh synthetic gear oil. Corresponding invoices are provided in the gallery and the seller states that records dating back to 1967 will accompany the sale.
This sale will include a clean title, service records, the original window sticker, sales literature, and AC Delco radio manual. Sporting a stunning color combination and a generous array of factory options, this well-documented and thoroughly restored 1967 Corvette awaits its next caretaker.

Hmm, new from BAT & this is fairly wonky in comparison... IMHO

I've uploaded photos of the Red-Line tires that go with car (in addition to the installed set).

@Clint930 We are primarily a Porsche focused collection, thus I must rely on our Corvette experts and I'm told that all of these, have some cracking in sharp corners like the front of the hood, yet I did not witness any such cracks when visiting our collector/client's collection and taking 200+ photos & several videos (as shown in the full quality photos posted here and on our website), nor were any cracks disclosed when our client purchased this top-tier Corvette. We looked again today; there are no visible cracks.
Beautiful C2. Body looks very straight. Any cracks in the fiberglass?
Note that we omitted from the write-up that a set of "like new" Red-Line tires go with car (in addition to the installed set).
@Adoptagreatpet Yes, this can be done.
Do you know if you can install a vintage air conditioning system as I see there is no air. Thank you!
@WayneK Yes; the interior is all original.
