An Italian-market example, this 1971 Fiat 500 is said to have been completely refurbished and converted as a Jolly body by an expert craftsperson in Italy before being imported to the United States upon the seller’s acquisition. Finished in green with white accents over a handcrafted wicker interior, this charming Italian microcar is now being offered for auction.

This Fiat 500 is said to have been completely restored and modified to a Jolly model by an expert Italian craftsperson in March of 2022. The example was refinished in its current shade of green and designated with “Spiaggina” lettering. Details also include white-painted tubular bumpers, a green and white surrey top with fringe, a driver’s side mirror, brightwork, side-mounted grab rails, and 12” wheels with polished hubcaps with newer Goldline GLP 101 tires. Detailed images are provided in the gallery.

The interior presents wicker front bucket seats and a matching rear bench along with a body-color dashboard panel and a contrasting, black-finished center console and steering wheel. The brown carpeting is protected by black floor mats with “Spaggina” lettering.

This Fiat is powered by a 499cc inline-twin cylinder engine which is said to have been professionally rebuilt with all new parts. The rear wheels are driven through a 4-speed manual transmission. Additionally, the seller states all drum brakes have been renewed and approximately 150 miles were driven for road testing and transportation for shipping.

This sale will include a clean title, some documentation, and a car cover.

This is a 1971 Fiat 500 rear-wheel drive , originally purchased on the Italian market.
The car was modified from a Jolly model by expert Italian craftsmen in March 2022.
Completely restored from the chassis to the upholstery , starting with a full sandblast
all over first and then powder coated including the front control panel painted to match the car.
All the 4 drum brakes are new also the 4-speed manual gearbox and the 499cc engine have been rebuilt with all new parts in Italy by a mechanic specialized in this type of vehicles .

The seats are handcrafted using a very resistant cordura . The front ones are adjustable and fold down to allow access to the rear passengers . Seats belts are available only on the front seats .
The two -tone canopy is tear-proof and waterproof fabric with fringes on the front and back.
The wheels are 12" painted steel rims with chromed hub caps with 145/70 Goldline GLP 101 tires with inner tubes.
Both side tubular handles , front and rear bumpers are painted
12V cigarette lighter , brand new chromed door handles and side mirrors. New brown carpet, customized floor mats with machine-stitched "spiaggina" logo . Spare tire , original tools and
