Available for auction at no reserve is this 1972 Honda CT70 finished in Candy Yellow Special. The CT70 is a mini bike produced by Honda from 1969 until 1981. The CT70 features an air-cooled 4-stroke engine paired with a 3-speed automatic transmission with an automatic clutch. This example has remained in the same family for the last 50 years and received a full nut and bolt restoration in the winter of 2021. It is now being offered for auction at no reserve by its seller out of Quebec, Canada while showing approximately 2,800 kilometers (1,740 miles) on the odometer.

The CT70 features a unique pressed-steel "T-bone" frame, a bench-style seat for two riders, and folding handlebars. This example has been refinished in Candy Yellow Special and fitted with a new black vinyl seat. Details include “Trail 70” decals, chrome fenders, and a single headlight and taillight. A collection of photos can be found in the gallery.

Power comes from a 72cc 4-stroke overhead-cam single-cylinder engine paired with a 3-speed automatic transmission with an automatic clutch. The CT70 features a telescopic fork and a rear spring and shock setup. It rides on two 10” wheels while braking is handled by internal shoes front and rear.

This sale will include a clean title.
