The Porsche 914 2.0 replaced the 914/6 as the range-topping model in its class beginning in 1973 and carried a fuel-injected variant of Volkswagen’s air-cooled Type 4 engine. This final-year example is among the last of the Porsche 914s produced and comes finished in Black over a matching interior with red plaid seat centers. Accompanied by its original window sticker and bill of sale from Prestige Porsche-Audi of Grand Rapids, this 914 recently underwent a full service and is now being offered for auction by its seller out of Michigan.

This 914 is finished in Black and includes late-model rubber bumpers, vinyl-covered sail panels, a removable Targa top, pop-up headlamps, a polished driver’s side mirror, and factory 15” slotted steel wheels. The car rides on Dunlop Sport 500 tires from 2013 and the seller notes faded paint on the passenger’s side as well as some dents in the passenger door. Detailed images are provided in the gallery.

The cabin is upholstered in black vinyl with basketweave pattern door panels and dashboard trim along with red plaid seat centers and Charcoal Grey loop carpeting. Factory accessories include two-way adjustable seats, a vanity mirror, a trip odometer, a center armrest console, heat/ventilation controls, and tinted glass windows. A vintage AM/FM stereo is also paired with loudspeakers in the front footwells. The seller reports all gauges and accessories to be fully functional.

An air-cooled and fuel-injected 2.0-liter flat four-cylinder engine delivers up to 100 HP and 118 lb.-ft of torque to the rear wheels by way of a 5-speed manual gearbox. Mechanical features include rack & pinion steering, four-wheel independent suspension, and disc brakes at each corner. The seller states that the service completed in May 2023 included a new distributor cap, ignition rotor, spark plugs, ignition wires, a gasket cover, and the installation of new steel rocker panels and plugs.

This 914 is accompanied by its original window sticker and bill of sale as well as the owner’s manuals, a spare tire, some documentation, and a clean title.
