Marking the inaugural model year for the Carrera 3.2, this 1984 Porsche 911 Carrera Targa comes finished in Guards Red over a Black interior. Acquired by the seller from a private collection, this example is said to have been stored indoors. Accompanied by the original window sticker, this Targa is now being offered for auction by its seller showing approximately 37k miles on the odometer.
This 911 comes finished in Guards Red with a removable black roof panel, Targa band, and a wraparound glass rear window. It rides on a set of 16” Fuchs wheels dressed in new Michelin Pilot Exalto tires. The seller notes some dents along the rocker panels. The cabin features black leather upholstery and matching carpets with Porsche lettering. Equipment includes cruise control, a leather-wrapped steering wheel, and VDO instrumentation. The seller adds that the driver's seat has been reupholstered and a minor tear is present on the passenger seat.
The air-cooled 3.2-liter flat-six engine in this Carrera makes up to 207 HP stock, which is transferred to the rear wheels through a 5-speed manual gearbox. Optional equipment includes Sport Shock Absorbers. The seller adds that an oil change was recently carried out.

The car has no engine modifications, is all stock. Even the Blaupunkt cassette player is still there, with some tapes included

@tk7108 That is correct. Prior owner replaced the driver seat cover but not the passenger . Not sure the about the logic behind that decision . The passenger seat has a small rip as well. On the side , visible if you zoom in.
