Up for auction is this 1985 Porsche 911 Carrera Coupe 3.2L finished in White Gold Metallic over a brown full leather interior. Said to have been extremely well-preserved throughout its life, this example is being offered for auction with 79k miles showing on the odometer by its seller in New York.
This Carrera is said to retain its original White Gold Metallic paint. The exterior is reported to be in exceptional cosmetic condition with only minor signs of typical road going wear and a slight crack to the rear taillight strip. Featuring a Turbo-style rear wing, this 911 boasts improved engine cooling as well as additional downforce and tasteful styling. The car sits on original White Gold Metallic color- matched 16" Fuchs style wheels that are wrapped in Yokohama Advan tires with a healthy amount of tread life remaining.
The brown leather interior of this 911 is stated to be in excellent condition with only minor wear showing on the driver’s side seat and slight warping of the front dash panel; typical for 911's of this era. This Carrera was ordered with factory options such as: power windows, power locks, key less entry, sport seats, and, a sunroof. This 911’s 3.2L flat-six engine produces 207 HP that is delivered to the rear wheels by way of a desirable 5-speed 915 manual transmission. @rwerbitt - thanks. don't see it yet. will check in the morning. Love this color combo. Had an 86 930 in it. With Andial engine work. Stolen. The only upside is it happened at the peak, so insurance did me right.
