Up for auction is this 1986 Porsche 911 Turbo finished in Black over a black leather interior. Marking the return of the 930 to the U.S. market, this 1986 example came factory optioned with heated power-operated Sport Seats, a sunroof, and a limited-slip differential. It spent time in Ohio, North Carolina, and Florida before moving to California in 2014 where it was treated to a major engine-out service totaling over $30k by Rusnak Porsche of Pasadena. Accompanied by service records as well as the original toolkit and air compressor, this Turbo is now being offered for auction by its seller out of New York with just over 86k miles showing on the odometer.
This Turbo comes finished in Black (L700) and is characterized by its wide fenders and Tea Tray rear spoiler. The finish is described to be well presented and the seller notes that some areas of the car have been previously refinished, although there are no signs of any accident or prior damage. Detailed images are provided in the photo gallery along with paint meter readings and a clean CARFAX report. This 930 rides on factory 16” Fuchs wheels with black painted centers and Bridgestone Potenza RE-11 tires dated from 2014.
Inside, this Turbo features a black interior with heated and power-operated factory Sport Seats. Additional equipment includes a steering wheel with an elevated hub, an alarm system, sunroof, air conditioning, and a vintage Blaupunkt radio. Invoices from Rusnak Porsche show replacements of the door seals, door operating rods, window regulators, and window/sunroof seals as well as a complete overhaul of the A/C system in 2015. The seller confirms all gauges and accessories to be working properly at this time.
This 930 carries an air-cooled 3.3L turbocharged and intercooled flat-six engine rated at 282 HP and 289 lb.-ft of torque. The rear wheels are driven by way of a 4-speed manual transmission with a factory-optioned limited-slip differential. In 2015 at 84k miles, a major engine-out service was performed by Rusnak Porsche including a rebuild of the heads, a complete reseal, and replacements of the oil hoses, vacuum lines, chain tensioners, chain guides, fan housing, mounts, belts, and filters. Corresponding invoices are provided for reference in the photo gallery along with images of the undercarriage.

The car runs perfectly and starts right up. No issues at all.
I do not have a C of A.
