Making its debut for the 1986 model year, the Porsche 944 Turbo (951), featured a new turbocharged and intercooled engine with improved aerodynamics, a stiffer suspension setup, and larger brakes, when compared to a standard 944. This launch-year example is finished in Zermatt Silver Metallic over a Burgundy leather interior and is equipped with 16” BBS wheels, pop-up headlights, fog lights, a power height-adjustable driver’s seat, a sunroof, an alarm system, cruise control, air conditioning, and a Sony CD stereo. This meticulously maintained 944 Turbo is now being offered for auction by its seller out of Texas.
The 944 Turbo distinguishes itself from a base 944 by its rounded nose with an integrated bumper, driving lights, and a body-colored diffuser below the rear bumper. This example comes finished in Zermatt Silver Metallic and features pop-up headlights, fog lights, a removable sunroof, a rear spoiler, and a single exhaust outlet. This Turbo rides on 16” BBS wheels wrapped in Michelin Pilot Sport A/S 3 tires. The seller reports to have added rear lights, states that the sunroof motor gears were replaced in January of 2023, and that the front and rear bumpers, and hood have had previous paintwork. Detailed images are provided in the gallery along with paint meter readings, and a clean CARFAX report.
The cabin is upholstered in Burgundy leather and features a leather-wrapped steering wheel, an optional electric sunroof, a power height-adjustable driver’s seat, an alarm system, and power windows. Factory options include an elevated steering wheel hub, and a Blaupunkt Monterey SQR 23, which is included with the sale. Additional amenities include cruise control, air conditioning, and the seller notes that a Sony CD stereo has been fitted. All gauges, electronics, and accessories are reported to function as intended, with no warning lights present.
Powered by a turbocharged 2.5-liter inline-four, the 944 Turbo sends up to 217 HP and 243 lb.-ft. of torque to its rear wheels by way of a 5-speed manual transaxle. The seller notes braided fuel lines have been added, and maintenance completed in 2020 is said to have included cleaning the fuel injectors, along with replacing the timing belt, water pump, fuel hoses, spark plugs, engine mounts, as well as drive belts, tensioners, idlers, and rollers. Additional work performed in March 2022 included an oil change and the replacement of the coolant expansion tank, oil cooler housing gasket, oil pressure relief valve, and oil pressure sender.
This sale will include the owner’s manuals, a window sticker, a toolkit, a spare tire, an air pump, a car cover, some documentation, the original Blaupunkt Monterey stereo, and a clean title.
The seller would like you to know: “Super nice example with lo miles and always cared for and kept inside.”

If it concerns you don’t bid
We see it it’s a new occurrence since we took it to the shop for the 30k tune and timing belts. Can’t explain it other than a plastic prongs on odometer must have cracked who’s is unfortunately a common occurrence. Cars odometer is true to original miles.
Seller, you have to see the 7 as the first number on the odometer. This is a little concerning. looks to be between 7 and 8. can clearly see in your driving video and in the picture.
I saw the yellow in carfax now. That is interesting.
I dont see where it was ever yellow. Here is a prior listing with option sticker to support options listed:

What are you talking about? Car is original interior in super shape. Put on your glasses?
The interior looks really tired, is it original to this car, or was it changed with the color?
Great question I will attempt to figure that out……
Also, what's the story with the color change; yellow in 2008 and silver in 2020?
Can you post a pic of the options sticker and window sticker? Also a pic of the "original cookie rims" that can come with the sale. Thanks.
Bid in the amount of $5,750
Look at car fax and service date, car is solid and true the odometer is correct.
So what is the exact mileage on the car ?
This listing shows 23362 miles why then the 7 in front ?
Bid in the amount of $5,500
Odometer works fine , accurate and working properly
So what's up with the lucky 7 not rolling over properly on the odometer?
Original cookie rims can come with the sale. Bid with confidence as this car is well sorted and all there!
