The last V8-powered Ferrari to have been developed under the direction of Enzo Ferrari, the 348 was produced between 1989 and 1995 with Pininfarina-designed bodywork inspired by the flagship Testarossa model. This 1990 example is one of 4,228 TS Targa-top versions produced in total and comes finished in Rosso Corsa over a tan leather interior. It was acquired by the seller in 2018 and underwent a major service in 2019 including a Ferrari Classiche certification. Showing just over 7k miles on the odometer, this 346 TS is now being offered for auction by its longtime owner out of Florida.
The Ferrari 348 was designed by Leonardo Fioravanti at Pininfarina and incorporated styling cues from the Testarossa including straked side air intakes and rectangular taillights. This example is finished in traditional Rosso Corsa paint with black lower bodywork and rides on factory 17” 5-spoke alloy wheels. Other features include a removable roof panel, pop-up headlamps, a vented engine cover, flying buttress rear pillars, quad exhaust outlets, and a front spoiler with integrated fog lights. The car is described to be in excellent overall condition and the tires show production date codes from 1999. Detailed images are provided in the gallery along with a clean CARFAX report.
The cabin features tan Connolly leather upholstery covering the seats, center console, and lower dashboard with matching carpets and contrasting black leather for the upper dashboard and door panels. Accessories include power windows and mirrors, air conditioning, a stereo system, a three-spoke leather-wrapped steering wheel, and a polished gated shifter assembly. All gauges and accessories are said to be working properly and the cabin is described to be in excellent original condition.
Power comes from a Tipo F119 3.4-liter DOHC V8 quad-cam engine featuring a flat-plane crankshaft and dry sump lubrication. Up to 300 HP and 239 lb.-ft of torque is sent to the rear wheels by way of a 5-speed manual transaxle and a limited-slip differential. The seller notes a major service was completed by Ferrari in February 2019 including a new engine timing belt, bearings, valve covers, gaskets, and more. A Ferrari Classiche certificate was also issued and confirms the originality of the engine and transmission. Service records are provided for reference in the gallery.
This sale will include owner’s manuals, a window sticker, a toolkit, a spare tire, a clean title, some service records, and a Ferrari Classiche certificate.
The seller would like you to know: “Thanks for visiting my auction. I have owned this car since 2018, it has been stored in an air-conditioned garage connected to an AC Power 24/7 since then. In 2019, I performed a full service on the car including a Ferrari Classiche certification which the car passed without any issues or parts needed to be changed. That can be seen on the invoice from Ferrari. The car is stock and ready to move on to a new collection.”

A certificate of authenticity is available to Ferrari road cars over 20 years of age, as well as to Ferrari limited-series cars and Ferrari competition cars irrespective of their age. In order to receive your certificate of authenticity, the Continental AutoSports Ferrari Service Team must perform an inspection to confirm the following components are of the original specification:
Chassis
Engine
Gearbox/Transmission
Suspension/Brakes/Wheels
Bodywork/Interior
I don't get what is happening with the controls on picture 86. And 80. It looks like mold spores or something. And picture 70.
Classiche certification doesn't cover the condition of the car. This is what you get:
Vehicle must be fully functioning
All parts must be original and authentic
Vehicle must submit to a rigorous examination by Ferrari Classiche experts
Vehicle must have been built at least 20 years ago OR must be a limited or special series vehicle
@ToddStorm waiting for Ferrari of Fort Laudardale to deliver
@TubeGuy the car is Chassiche Certified, so everything is 100% authentic
Hello, Pics of paint meter?
Any Update on the Classiche Doucumentation ?
Nothing in this car looks like it's 7,000 miles to me. Look at the vent controls. The gas pedal. Every small detail and compare it to the 38k mile 348 that sold recently on another website. And there isn't a great papertrail over the years. I remember the first Ferrari I bought was a 6k mile 355 and man did I learn some things. One thing I did learn is that these cars are pre-OBDII so unhooking the odometer is easy.
@drcollie thank you for the massagem. Yes all tires Mark 99, the car rarely sees the road
Tires are 24 years old, is that correct?
Cars are great, love the no power steering. Very engaging car to drive, feels like a go cart.

Does the HVAC control head work? Did someone push in the clock adj. button too far? A/C work? Blend door history problems on past invoices.
