Available for auction at no reserve is this 1990 Land Rover Defender 110 finished in orange over a black leather interior. The successor to the Land Rover Series III, the Defender 110 carried over much of the bodywork and running gear from its predecessor while offering significant improvements including permanent four-wheel-drive, coil spring suspension, an updated cabin, and more. This two-door example is said to have been used as a troop transport vehicle for the Dutch military before being restored and imported to the U.S. around 2014. It was acquired by the seller from Selden Motors of Willow Grove, Pennsylvania, and is said to have been garage-kept and regularly serviced through a Land Rover specialist. This Defender is now being offered for auction out of Massachusetts showing approximately 128k kilometers (80k miles) on the odometer.

This Defender was refinished in its current shade of orange during its restoration. The finish is said to remain in good overall condition while showing wear throughout, including paint separation at the bottom of the doors, minor cracking on the hood, and several dings and blemishes commensurate with normal use. The soft top will need to be replaced as some of the buckles are damaged. Additional images can be found in the gallery along with a clean CARFAX report. Details include headlight guards, a black soft top, a hood-mounted spare, Masai diamond-plate fender trim, a tow-hitch receiver, and a set of 16” Boost alloy wheels finished in black with BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/A tires.

The 11-passenger cabin is upholstered in black leather with contrasting orange stitching. The interior was refreshed during the restoration and features opposing folding rear jump seats. All gauges, electronics, and accessories are said to remain functional with the exception of the hazard light switch.

Power comes from a 3.5-liter V8 that drives the rear or all four wheels through a 5-speed manual gearbox and a dual-range transfer case. Approximately 8k miles are said to have been covered since the restoration of this Defender during which time a power steering system was also retrofitted. The CARFAX report includes a single service entry from 2016, and the seller states the vehicle received annual fluid and filter changes during their ownership.

This Defender is offered with a bill of sale and registration.

@Aero I am at work all day today but will get one first thing tomorrow if that works. When I lived in CT I used to drive it to MA on the highway and could easily cruise along at 70-75 for an hour or more. Never had an issue on the highway. Kept up with traffic no problem.
