The eighth-generation R32 Nissan Skyline GT-R was designed to compete in Group A racing, equipped with a twin-turbocharged RB26DETT inline six-cylinder engine producing 276 horsepower,  the ATTESSA E-TS all-wheel-drive system, and HICAS (High Capacity Active Steering) 4-wheel steering, and would go on to become Nissan’s most successful race car in history. This 1990 production year example is finished in Crystal White over a black cloth interior, and acquired by the current owner in 2019 after being imported from Japan. It has been subsequently modified with a twin-scroll, dual-wastegate single turbocharger configuration that is producing 500 wheel horsepower, as well as a new clutch, a full 3” custom exhaust, Fortune Auto 500-series coilovers, R34 GT-R wheels with Advan Apex V601 tires, a new battery, new front axles, and new front steering components. Showing approximately 114,000 kilometers (70k miles) this 1990 R32 GT-R is now being offered for auction by its seller out of New York.

The exterior is finished in Crystal White (326) and includes a black spoiler integrated into the front bumper, a fixed rear wing, a rear windshield wiper, projector headlights, and power-folding side mirrors. 18” R34-generation GT-R wheels have been mounted and dressed in new Yokohama Advan Apex tires. The car was reportedly refinished in its original color in 2019 to address some blemishes on the roof. The seller notes some wear above the weather stripping above the windows, which is typical for these models.

The interior is trimmed in two-tone cloth, with full power accessories and automatic climate control. Modifications include a boost by gear gauge, a Nardi Personal steering wheel, a Tomei shift knob, and a Haltech ECU mounted under the passenger side dash. The seller reports some factory instrumentation is non-functional due to the Haltech ECU, and notes a small burn mark in the driver's seat.

The R32 GT-R is powered by a 2.6L RB26DETT inline six-cylinder engine, which has been converted to a twin-scroll single turbo dual-wastegate configuration with a custom kit from Spectrum Motorsports, which is said to produce 500 wheel horsepower. All four wheels are driven by a 5-speed manual transmission and Nissan’s ATTESSA E-TS all-wheel-drive system. Modifications include a full custom 3” exhaust system, Fortune Auto 500-series coilovers, and a stainless steel oil catch can. Maintenance under the current ownership consists of a new clutch, new battery, new front axles, new front-end suspension components, and fluid exchanges of the motor oil, transmission, differential, and power steering fluids.

This sale will include a clean New York title, some maintenance documentation, and a car cover.

    @ggp.ny Hello
    All electronics work properly , power windows, power mirrors , and all electrical components in the cabin function. HICAS is operational as well. I just had the car aligned after doing tie rods , tension rods, and control arms in the front. The turbo kit is from Spectrum motor sports and Xenocron tuning solutions and Syn Garage did installation and tuning, exhaust work etc.

    With exception of the non functional gauge in the cluster, are all other electronics and climate control working without issue? Is the HICAS still in place? Which shop performed all the work?

    @myclue85 hi thanks for your question
    The Haltech switch with settings 1-12 is a boost by gear setup. It can be configured however you like easily. I believe one of the middle dials on the gauge cluster no longer work after the ECU swap such as the battery gauge. I will confirm that shortly. Everything in the main dash functions as factory.
