Modernized with the introduction of antilock brakes, power steering, and the option of a new all-wheel-drive system, the 964 generation represented the most substantial evolution of the Porsche 911 yet. This Black 1990 Cabriolet is equipped with a 5-speed G50 manual transmission and was cared for by the same owner since 2014. Accompanied by original owner’s manuals and dealer-stamped service books, this 964 is now being offered for auction by its seller out of Pennsylvania showing approximately 108k miles on the odometer.
Compared to its predecessors, the 964 features significantly improved aerodynamics with smooth flush-mounted bumpers, an underbody tray, and a speed-activated rear spoiler. This example comes finished in Black with a matching cabriolet top and factory 16” Design 90 cast alloy wheels. The top has been recovered, the hood and bumpers are believed to have been refinished, and a small crack is noted on the spoiler as well as an imperfection on the rear passenger bumper, a chipped fog light, and a scratch next to the third brake light. The driver is greeted by a black partial leather interior with power adjustable seats, automatic climate control, a central locking system, and a sound system with upgraded aftermarket speakers and a Kenwood head unit. Some wear is noted on the driver’s seat bolster and shift knob, the factory sound insulation has been replaced, a slight warp is present on the passenger-side dashboard, and the electric rear spoiler mechanism is currently inoperable.
An air-cooled 3.6-liter flat-six engine delivers up to 247 HP to all four wheels by way of a 5-speed G50 manual transmission. The Carrera 4 is equipped with antilock brakes (ABS), force-sensitive power steering, front and rear stabilizer bars, and all-wheel-drive with variable torque split. Stamped service booklets show the engine resealed in 2006 at 80k miles and the seller states that extensive servicing was carried out under the owner’s care since 2014.
This sale will include the original owner’s books and a clean title.

Regarding the receipts for services I will be including all. The prior owner did selectively cut out his nsne from them. It is in full disclosure we have no receipt for the engine reseal. It is noted in the books as done by a particular p car shop. The engine is nice and dry. The most recent service was two weeks ago with an oil change and a new Beru plug wire set installed. I will try to upload a photo of the stamps in the books, the tool kit it’s spare tire and inflator. Additionally note the Cabrio has its boot cover (in black) and is included. A ppi prior to end of auction at your expense prior is welcome and encouraged.
