Up for auction is this 1991 Porsche 964 Carrera 4 finished in the classic color combination of black over black. With its air-cooled 3.6L flat-six engine and timeless styling, the 964 coupe has become increasingly sought-after in recent years. Having been under the care of its previous owner for over 27 years, this Carrera 4 has been serviced exclusively by an authorized Porsche dealership throughout its entire life. Showing approximately 107k miles on the odometer, this well-maintained 1991 example is being offered for auction in excellent driving condition.
The black finish on this 964 is showing to be in excellent condition with some minor hairline scratches present. The seller notes that the driver’s side door and front fender have been professionally refinished. Detailed images are provided in the photo gallery. This Carrera retains its originally intended appearance with factory 16” D90 alloy wheels which are currently wrapped in healthy Yokohama Advan S4 tires.
Inside, the black leather interior remains in great shape. Factory selections include power adjustable seats, power windows, power mirrors and an electric sliding sunroof. This 964 also features an additional amplifier as well as an upgraded Bluetooth Pioneer head unit. The seller has indicated all gauges, electrical components and accessories to be in working order.
Power comes from an air-cooled 3.6L flat-six engine rated at 247 HP and 228 lb.-ft of torque. All four wheels are driven by way of a 5-speed G50 manual transmission making for a 0-60 time of approximately 5.5 seconds and a top speed north of 160 MPH. Always maintained at an authorized Porsche dealership, this 964 is up-to-date on all scheduled service. Recent maintenance includes: new brake pads and rotors, fluid and filter changes, new spark plugs, windshield wiper blades, front and rear hood struts, new breather valve seals, sway bar links and DME relay. The seller notes that a four-wheel alignment and corner balance has also been carried out recently. This Carrera 4 is being offered in excellent ready-to-drive condition.

I stand corrected production of 964s with the new heads and gaskets began with the MY92 So this one no got
According to build date would not had head gaskets. Why no pics of under side of engine?

@joebatters I went through all the service records and can't find any for a head gasket so I have to assume it is from factory. The build date is Dec, 04 1990.
