Available for auction is this 1994 Ford F-150 XLT SuperCab finished in two-tone Royal Blue and Brilliant Blue over an Opal Grey interior. The ninth-generation Ford F-Series was introduced in 1992 with revised styling. This example comes nicely equipped with the XLT package, a 40/20/40 folding front bench seat, a dual-range transfer case with locking hubs, air conditioning, cruise control, and more. It is now being offered for auction by its seller out of Oregon while showing just over 62k miles on the odometer.
The ninth generation F-150 featured rounder front-end styling than its predecessor and shared styling cues with the contemporary Explorer, E-Series, and Ranger. This extended cab example comes finished in two-tone Royal Blue and Brilliant Blue, detailed images can be found in the gallery along with a clean CARFAX. Details include a standard-length bed, a sliding rear window, a rear step bumper, and a set of chrome-finished 15″ wheels dressed in a set of BF Goodrich Rugged Terrain T/A tires from 2019.
The cab features front and rear bench seating trimmed in Opal Grey cloth along with matching carpets, headliner, and door panels. The front bench includes a 40/20/40 folding configuration which allows the center section to be folded down into an armrest with cup holders and a storage compartment. Amenities include air conditioning, cruise control, an AM/FM cassette audio system, power windows and door locks, and independently adjustable front seats. The 1994 model year was the first in which the F-150’s air conditioning system came factory charged with R-134 refrigerant. The seller confirms that all gauges, electronics, and accessories remain functional.
Power comes from an electronic fuel-injected 5.0-liter V8 rated at 205 HP and 275 lb.-ft of torque. The rear or all four wheels are driven by way of a 4-speed automatic overdrive transmission, and a dual-range transfer case. Power steering and brakes, as well as rear-wheel ABS came standard on the F-150 for 1994. The CARFAX includes eight service history records dating as far back as 2011, with the most recent entry showing a transmission fluid flush and oil and filter service in August of 2022.
