Up for auction is this 1995 BMW E36 325i Convertible finished in Jet Black over black Montana leather. The third generation of BMW’s 3-Series, the E36 became a benchmark for sports sedans in the 1990s and remained a staple in Car and Driver’s 10 Best Cars list throughout its entire production run. Staying true to its original specifications while highlighting a clean one-owner history on CARFAX, this 5-speed E36 Convertible is now being offered for auction by its seller out of Florida with just under 41k miles showing on the odometer.
This 325i is finished in Jet Black (668) with a black convertible soft top. A professional 2-stage paint correction is said to have been recently carried out along with an application of ceramic coating, detailed images are provided in the photo gallery along with a clean CARFAX report. Exterior features include integrated front fog lights, a dual exhaust tip, and factory 16” Style 30 wheels which are mounted with Hankook Ventus S1 Noble2 tires dated from 2015. A matching full-size spare is also included in the trunk.
The cabin is upholstered in black Montana leather and features cruise control, heated and power operated front seats, a remote alarm system, power windows, air conditioning, and a Hi-Fi speaker system. An optional BMW wind deflector is also located behind the front seats. The leather-wrapped four-spoke steering wheel sits ahead of a 160-MPH speedometer and a 6,500-RPM tachometer as well as gauges for coolant temperature, fuel level, and fuel economy. The seller reports all accessories and instrumentation to be fully functional including the original cassette radio.
This E36 is powered by a naturally aspirated 2.5L inline-six M50 engine rated at 189 horsepower and 181 lb.-ft of torque. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a 5-speed manual transmission. An oil change was recently carried out in preparation for sale and CARFAX shows routine maintenance to have been performed by Germain BMW of Naples from 2007-2021.
This sale will include a set of two master keys with remote fobs, a spare key set, toolkit, the original owner's manuals, a full-size spare tire, and a clean title. With its engaging 5-speed manual gearbox, top-down driving experience, and long history of dealer service, this E36 is ready to be enjoyed by a new owner.

Congratulations @ryangfriedman on a beautiful E36 and a great buy.
I'll be in touch shortly.
Hello everyone,
With less than an hour left on this auction, I want to thank everyone for your bids and comments and wish everyone bidding the best of luck.
I want to emphasize that this is one of the best E36's I've ever seen, it is truly refreshing to see that someone took such good care of it since new and kept in original condition. As mentioned before, it has never been in any kind of accident or damage. No repaint or bodywork anywhere. It comes with 4 keys and 2 remotes, which work after all these years. Books, tools are included in the sale, as well as the very rare wind deflector.
This E36 is stored indoor until pick up. You can definitely fly in and drive it home and have it shipped, and we can help set up the shipping.
I will be available for any last minute questions. -Paul

@Evan911 I know laws are different state to state. Here in Florida, vehicles out of manufacturer warranty are sold with no warranty.
Happy 4th of July everyone. -Paul

Being that you are a dealer, will this car be sold with some type of a limited 30 day warranty. I'm not positive but think that's how it works in NYS (my location).
Looking forward to the videos.
@aegmotorsports thank you appreciate the comment.
A few more photos have just been submitted to @PCARMARKET and will be available for viewing soon.
They include undercarriage photos, A/C temperature measurements, Paint depth measurement, OBD1 check for faults and other relevant photos.
Paint depth measurements show that this E36 is all original with no prior body work or paint work.
Additionally, there are no scratches, dents, dings or paint chips on the body. We have also performed a 2 step paint correction and applied a one year ceramic coating.
The A/C is as cold as a any BMW gets, with temperatures right around 50 to 55 degrees.
This is a 1995, so it requires an older style OBD1 reader, with the port located under the hood. It also shows that the vehicle has no faults.
Undercarriage photos show that this a rust free car and is free of any leaks, oil, coolant or otherwise.
A few other photos showing the On-Board computer functions.
A driving video and a video showing top operating is also coming soon, weather permitted. -Paul
@Coachmule I'm the selling dealer, not the registered owner of the vehicle. This E36 only had one owner since February, 1995 until May 2021 when I acquired it. Dealers are not considered registered owners but temporary custodians between when we purchase the vehicle and when we sell it.
I don't have any physical records, however, the Carfax details no less than 33 service records for work performed at a couple of BMW dealers in the Naples, FL area.
I’m curious how this is a one owner when clearly you’re the second owner ? Also are there receipts from the “original “ owner ?

@Evan911 This E36 is as nice as it gets and does not need anything.
@Jason952 Per the Carfax, the radiator was replaced on 12/28/2018 at 36,174 miles. The vehicle was regularly serviced at Germain BMW of Naples and Bonita Springs, FL until our acquisition in May 2021. Our on-site mechanic has gone through the whole vehicle and recommended no repairs as everything is in great working order.
when was cooling system last gone through? thanks
Does this car need anything at all? It looks amazing.
