The final evolution of the Ferrari Testarossa, the F512 M debuted at the 1994 Paris Salon as the last of the brand’s flat-12-powered supercars. It was developed from the 512 TR model and optimized with improved aerodynamics, new multi-piece alloy wheels, gas-filled shock absorbers, a Bosch ABS anti-skid system, a refined interior, and a reworked 4.9-liter flat-12 engine producing 433 HP. This 1996 example is one of only 501 produced in total and was reportedly delivered new in Italy before spending time in Japan and Denmark, and eventually being imported to the United States in April 2023. It comes equipped with an upgraded Kreissieg F1Sound exhaust system and benefits from a major service performed by Formula Automobile AS of Lyngby, Denmark, in November 2022 including new timing belts, spark plugs, and fuel pumps. Showing approximately 32k kilometers (20k miles) on the odometer, this rare F512 M is now being offered for auction by its seller out of Georgia.

Compared to the preceding Testarossa and 512 TR models, the Pininfarina-designed bodywork of the F512 M is distinguished by fixed square headlamps, restyled bumpers, circular taillights, and a revised hood with dual NACA duct air intakes. It retains the Testarossa’s signature design elements including its wide boxy fenders, straked side air intakes, flying buttress C-pillars, quad exhaust tips, and louvered engine cover. This example was refinished in Rosso Corsa under prior ownership in Japan and rides on factory 18” Speedline multi-piece alloy wheels. The seller indicates that new Michelin Pilot Sport tires were installed in February 2023 and the struts for the hood and engine cover were replaced in November 2022. Detailed images are provided in the gallery along with a clean CARFAX report.

Compared to prior Testarossa variants, the F512 M offered air conditioning as standard equipment along with drilled aluminum pedals, an alloy gear knob, and a new three-spoke steering wheel design. This example features black leather upholstery and matching carpets. Accessories include power windows, mirrors, and door locks, an air conditioning system, a gated shifter assembly, and analog Veglia Borletti instrumentation. A new stereo has been fitted and an aftermarket CD changer was previously installed in the glovebox. The air-conditioning system is said to have been recharged with R134a refrigerant in November 2022.

The 4.9-liter Tipo F113 G flat-12 engine was created for the F512 M featuring a new lightweight crankshaft and titanium alloy connecting rods. Up to 433 HP is sent to the rear wheels by way of a 5-speed manual transaxle and a limited-slip differential. The braking system includes cross-drilled and ventilated discs, four-piston calipers, separate front and rear hydraulic circuits, and a Bosch ABS anti-skid system. This example was equipped with an upgraded Kreissieg F1Sound exhaust system under prior ownership. An original F512 M exhaust system will also accompany the sale. A brake fluid flush was completed in September 2020 and a major service was performed by Formula Automobile AS in Lyngby, Denmark, in November 2022 including new gaskets, timing belts, spark plugs, fuel pumps, and an oil change. An engine compression test was carried out in March 2023 and the results are provided in the photo gallery along with a collection of maintenance records.

This sale will include an original F512 M exhaust system, owner’s manuals, a toolkit, service records, and a clean title.

The seller would like you to know: "The Kreissieg F1 exhaust system makes this car unique. The sound this car produces is epic! We will include a standard 512 exhaust as part of the sale."

Thank you Chris for chiming in. Fully agree - in addition, the car was in regular and documented maintenance since November 2014 at the official Danish dealership. They have sold us the car in 2023. In case there would have been anything suspicious with the car - an official Ferrari dealership would not be allowed to touch, let alone sell it.

@evhdlrsh Only a few days before Broad Arrow's Monterey auction last summer we learned that this car was reported stolen in Milan in 1997 -- there was insufficient time for us to further research this incident before the sale, therefore the lot was withdrawn. We have subsequently confirmed that the original owner received an insurance settlement after the theft and has no valid claim to the car (he requested the opportunity to purchase it at a reduced price, which seems to be his motivation). This 512M was continuously and conspicuously registered in Denmark since 2014 and serviced regularly by the Formula Automobile, the official Ferrari dealer. The Ferrari Dealer sold us this car in good faith over a year ago and it is not listed in any European or US theft databases. It's sold on a clean and clear Georgia title with no liens or encumbrances with 10 years of dealer service records, including a complete major belt service accomplished in late 2022.

Good morning, folks -- Chris with Motorcar Studio here. We are the US import partner for PassionForClassics. The video and some of the photos were indeed taken in Europe prior to import, but this incredible 512M is located here in Savannah, Georgia and is sold on a clean and clear Georgia title. Feel free to comment here with any questions or use the "contact seller" button above!

I am very interested in your 512M. There seems to be some questions when googling the VIN.

Can you provide any color on this thread in FCHAT regarding the car's history and on the circumstances regarding the Broad Arrow Auction withdrawal.

Can you confirm clean title and clear liens?

    Thank you

@Symbolic - the car has been fully resprayed professionally.

Beautiful car, probably the best boxer 12 ever produced. Although the differences to a 512TR are subtle, these are so much more beautiful in every way. Ferrari design at its finest.

We can expect a big number here, these cars retail mid 400s at the very least.

    GLWTA.
