This 1996 Porsche 993 Carrera Cabriolet is finished in Midnight Blue Metallic over a Marble Grey and Midnight Blue partial leather interior and features an optional 4-speed Tiptronic automatic transmission as well as a full power driver’s seat and factory 17” Cup 2 rims. It was acquired by the current owner in 1998 at approximately 3k miles and has been routinely serviced and garage-kept ever since. This 993 is now being offered for auction by its longtime owner out of Washington while showing under 63k miles on the odometer.
This 993 is finished in Midnight Blue Metallic with a Dark Blue power convertible top and rides on optional 17” Cup 2 wheels with colored Porsche crest center caps. Other equipment includes front fog lights, black brake calipers with white Porsche lettering, a speed-activated rear spoiler, and a “basket handle” spoiler with an integrated third brake light. The seller states that the car has been carefully maintained throughout their ownership and the original paint has been detailed using a ceramic polish and wax. One small dent is noted near the right front wheel well and the seller recommends replacing the Pirelli P Zero tires due to age. Inside, this 993 is appointed with Marble Grey and Midnight Blue partial leather upholstery and features an optional 8-way power driver’s seat, a leather-wrapped steering wheel with Tiptronic shift buttons, automatic climate control, a removable wind deflector, and an onboard computer. Other accessories include power windows and mirrors, a central locking system, cruise control, and a Porsche CR-210 AM/FM cassette stereo. Some wear is noted on the driver’s seat as well as a blemish on the left seat bolster. The seller adds that the passenger seat remains in very good condition and that the rear seats and trunk have never been used. All gauges and accessories are said to remain fully functional.
An air-cooled 3.6-liter flat-six engine delivers up to 272 HP and 243 lb.-ft of torque to the rear wheels by way of a 4-speed Tiptronic automatic transmission. The seller indicates all routine maintenance has been performed including a major 60k-mile service and corresponding records are included with the sale.
This sale will include extensive service records, the original owner’s manuals, a window stickler, a toolkit, a spare tire, an air pump, a car cover, and a clean title.

Jcxx the current tires have good tread and I drive them. My call out was a recommendation for the new owner to review, due to age. Tires are a personal preference , selected from many many options, best made by the new owner. thks RR

Spokayman the last couple of years I use a Historic plate to save taxes/ fees, I will include the last register plates. I kept the car charged, and warmed up with a loop around the beach, on a nice day.
Have also owned my 96 993 C4 Cab for 25 years and logged 112,000k miles on top of the 8,800k miles it had when I bought it!! Amazing cars, (though I've never driven a tip)!!!
