We are pleased to offer this stunning 1996 Porsche 993 Turbo presented in Paint to Sample Ferrari Fly Yellow over a black leather interior with exclusive carbon-fiber trim. Reported to have been originally acquired through Porsche’s Tourist delivery program, this 993 is said to have spent time touring Europe before it was brought back to the factory to be serviced, fitted with the currently installed comfort seats, and imported back to the United States where it was sold from a dealer in California about 18 months later. It would then remain under the care of its second documented owner for approximately 22 years while undergoing some major upgrades by Vision Motorsports including performance engine internals, larger turbochargers and intercooler, a custom exhaust, and ECU tune. Since the recent purchase by the seller, this 993 has been fully serviced, inspected, and dyno-tested at an output of over 460 HP. It is now being offered out of Florida with approximately 33k miles showing on the odometer.
The rare and highly sought-after Paint to Sample Ferrari Fly Yellow finish is said to be in excellent condition with clear protective film in front of the rear wheels. The rear bumper is said to have been refinished following very minor damage noted on CARFAX in 2003, and the front bumper is also said to have been professionally refinished during this time for cosmetic purposes. As a Turbo model, this 993 features wider fenders, redesigned bumpers, and a body-color fixed rear spoiler. The rear wiper has been removed and is also included in the sale. This example rides on factory 18” Turbo Twist wheels finished in chrome and paired with Bridgestone Potenza S-02A tires.
Inside, this 993 is appointed with a black full leather interior complemented by exclusive factory optioned carbon fiber trim on the shifter and handbrake lever as well as stainless steel door entry guards with model logos. Yellow seatbelts have been installed, a Blitz electronic boost controller has been added, and the factory optioned Sport Seats are said to have been replaced with the current power-adjustable seats at the factory in Stuttgart. An aftermarket Alpine CD player and Rockford Fosgate amplifier have been installed, and the seller reports all gauges and accessories to be working properly.
The air-cooled 3.6 L twin-turbocharged flat-six engine in this 993 is paired with a 6-speed manual transmission with a limited-slip differential that sends power to all four wheels. Under the care of its long-term second owner, this Turbo was brought to Vision Motorsports of Laguna Hills, CA, to undergo an engine upgrade with Mahle pistons, Carillo rods, an upgraded fuel system, and revised cams. 62mm Garrett turbos were also installed along with a larger intercooler, aftermarket wastegates, a custom exhaust with carbon fiber heater tubes, carbon fiber intake piping, and a programmable MoTeC ECU. A recent dyno test yielded a claimed output of 463 HP and 484 lb.-ft of torque. An extensive collection of service documents is included, and a recent full service and inspection were carried out in preparation for sale.

@Alpha According to the second owner, the damage to the car was a parking lot incident to the rear bumper and only required paint. The comprehensive service records show that no parts were replaced and the front bumper was repainted at the same time to refresh any stone chip damage.

@Rhmd1 The sport seats are not included. After the original owner completed his stint with the Porsche European Delivery program, he opted to change the sport seats out for the supple leather seats.

The car has a modified exhaust but has the complete original system in included in the sale.

The front seats in the car now are non sport, supple leather. Do you have the factory hardback sportseats for the car? These seats are very expensive to replace.

@ahmadm No it has not, we have gone over it with a paint meter and it is all within the original range. The only pieces that have been repainted are the bumpers.
