Looks like the NoS is scaring people away. I personally thought it was a cool add on and the car is as healthy as it gets. Not to mention the Brembo big brake kit. I’ve spoke to a Mercedes tech at our local dealership and he said he could remove the Nitros system for about 500 bucks. It’s a very simple job. This is one of the cleanest SL600’s on the market and has lived locally here in California all its life. The car is in our warehouse in Van Nuys if anybody cares to see it. Please let me know if anybody has any last minute questions. But I do absolutely guarantee everything on this car is in perfect working condition 100 percent. Thanks again for watching!!

NOS? Love the car, in the market, have a 500 and looking for a 600. Tough to sort through that "upgrade"

The suspension looks lower than what I typically see on these SLs. Do you know if the car has the factory suspension? Looks better this way.

@smg_clyde thank you. Didn’t realize these were 129’s. Know bmw and Porsche chassis codes. Mb is new to me…

@Nj993c2 What I meant was i was just buying a bunch of 129's . I Wanted a variety of different colors, years, engines. etc. I dont have enough room for all of my personal cars along with my shop cars so need to make room. Im selling about 10 of my personals. I am not sure what it would cost to put this back to stock but i will ask a friend who is a Mercedes tech at a local dealer and get back to you.

Awesome car! Curious what is a 129 buying spree?

What would be involved to put this car back to stock? Parts and labor?

Hi guys, welcome to my SL600 auction. One of my favorites out of my collection and definitely a conversation starter at all of our local cars & coffee gatherings. I purchased this car about 2 years ago when I was on a 129 buying binge. Love the square body SL's This car had the Brembo upgrade and the NoS system installed by its first owner. The second owner said he had never used it and new nothing about it, i believe him, his collection was nothing but classic Mercs and was not a GoFast kinda guy. I have never used the system either and to be honest i don't know how to. I had a compression test done at our local mercedes dealership and she came back with a perfect bill of health. In fact, the tech at the dealership said he didn't think the system had ever been used, might just have been installed for "show" This is one of the cleanest SL's I have seen and i'm not just saying that because its mine. It really is perfect. Not a single issue with the car, if anybody would like to view in person please contact me and we can arrange something. Thanks again, let me know if any questions.
