This 1999 Porsche 996 Carrera Coupe is finished in Polar Silver Metallic over a Metropol Blue leather interior and features a 5-speed Tiptronic automatic transmission paired with its 3.4-liter flat-six engine. The car was generously equipped from the factory with optional aluminum gear lever and handbrake trim, aluminum-look instrument dials, stainless-steel tailpipes and door sills, steering wheel shift buttons, supple leather seats, and a leather-wrapped dashboard and door panels. It was purchased by the current owner in 2011 and has been fitted with a replacement LN Engineering IMS bearing, a Pioneer Bluetooth head unit, and 19” Fuchs-style wheels. This 996 is now being offered for auction out of California with approximately 111k miles showing on the odometer.
This 996 is finished in Polar Silver Metallic (L92M) and rides on aftermarket 19” Fuchs-style wheels complemented by custom orange Brembo brake calipers. Other details include removable Pegasus fender decals, factory-optional stainless-steel exhaust pipes, a speed-activated rear spoiler, and integrated fog lights. The seller notes clear coat fading on the driver’s side rear quarter panel and roof as well as a scratch on the passenger-side rear quarter. The car rides on a set of Hankook Ventus V12 Evo2 tires from 2019. Detailed images are provided in the gallery along with a clean CARFAX report.
Inside, this Carrera features a Metropol Blue interior with an optional leather-covered dashboard and door panels, supple leather seats, stainless-steel Carrera script door sills, and exclusive aluminum trim inlays for the gear selector and handbrake. Other factory equipment includes Tiptronic steering wheel shift buttons, 8-way power-adjustable front seats, driver’s seat memory, a sound system, an onboard computer, cruise control, automatic climate control, and a CD changer. An aftermarket Pioneer AVH-600X Bluetooth head unit has been installed and the seller reports all gauges and accessories are working properly, although the instruemnts do not illuminate when the headlights are on. The seller also recommends recharging the air conditioning system.
Power comes from a naturally aspirated 3.4-liter flat-six engine. A 5-speed Tiptronic automatic transmission delivers up to 296 HP and 258 lb.-ft of torque to the rear wheels while stopping power comes from fixed 4-piston brakes and cross-drilled discs at each corner. The seller indicates an LN Engineering IMS bearing was installed in 2018, a new battery was installed in August 2023, and a DME report is provided in the gallery along with a collection of service records.
This sale will include owner’s manuals, a toolkit, a spare tire, a car cover, additional factory floor mats, a set of custom coco floor mats, and a clean title.
