The XK8 presents an elegant design with a long, sweeping hood and a distinctive Jaguar-specific front grille. This example comes finished in the classic shade of British Racing Green with a tan convertible soft top. It rides on 17” chrome-finished aluminum wheels. The seller notes a rear taillight was replaced and the rear bumper was refinished due to cosmetic damage sustained while in a parking lot. The cabin features tan Connolly leather upholstery complemented by walnut-trimmed veneers. Power is derived from a 4.0L 32-valve aluminum alloy V8 engine including dual overhead camshafts (DOHC), sequential port fuel injection (SPFI), and variable cam phasing. Equipment also includes speed-sensitive power steering, fully independent suspension systems, and 4-wheel ventilated disc brakes. The seller adds that synthetic oil changes have been carried out every 5k miles, all fluids have been checked periodically, and a new air cabin filter was recently installed.
