In the year 2000, Porsche marked the beginning of a new era with the release of the special 911 Carrera 4 Millennium Edition. Limited to 911 examples produced in total, the Millennium Edition wears unique Violet Chromaflair paint and a Brown Natural Leather interior with Dark Maple wood veneers and aluminum-look instrument dials. It also came standard with a 10mm lowered sports suspension, 18” 911 Turbo-Look wheels, polished badging, and an individual production number inscribed on a special limitation plaque. This particular example, #155/911, was acquired by the selling dealer from its original owner and is now being offered for auction out of Pennsylvania with approximately 29k miles on the odometer.
The Millennium Edition is defined by its unique Violet Chromaflair paint which appears to shift hues depending on light exposure. Other details include a polished rear “911” model designation, chrome tailpipes, a rear window wiper, a sunroof, Litronic headlamps, and polished 18” 911 Turbo-Look alloy wheels. The car rides on Michelin Pilot Sport A/S 3+ tires and cosmetic damage is noted on the driver’s side rear wheel. Additional images are provided in the gallery along with a clean CARFAX report.
The cabin is appointed with Brown Natural Leather upholstery and features exclusive details including aluminum instrument dials, Dark Wood trim, and additional leather covering the rear center console, steering column casing, air vents, and instrument panel. Other equipment includes heated and power-operated seats with lumbar support, automatic climate control, an onboard computer, and Porsche Communication Management (PCM). Additionally, a numbered plaque adorns the center stack.
Power is derived from a naturally aspirated 3.4-liter flat-six engine rated at 296 HP and 273 lb-ft of torque. All four wheels are driven by way of a desirable six-speed manual transmission making for a 0-60 time of approximately 5.2 seconds. Factory performance features include 4-piston calipers with vented disc brakes, an Automatic Brake Differential (ABD), and Porsche Stability Management (PSM). The CARFAX report shows a total of 19 service history entries.

@Collectibleclassics I owned one of these and sadly the wheels peeling is just part of the ownership more desirable to leave them as is. just throw on another set of wheels for driving. Good call on leaving it up to the next owner.

shouldn't be too bid a deal a very simple process, that should be a few hundred dollars
left rear wheel has chrome pitting we would be happy to refinish all the wheels in Porsche factory color silver, but we do not have a rechroming shop locally. So we left it up to the next owner if they want Porsche silver metallic for the wheels we can do all 4 or they want to get it rechromed elsewhere

IMS is original but is a dual row from the factory. If you wanted it replaced we can do it in house for $2750.
