Produced in the Ingolstadt, Germany plant since its debut in 1991, the Audi S4 is known as the high-performance version of the A4 and features a more powerful engine, larger brakes, sportier suspension, and distinctive styling cues. This 2002 B5 S4 sedan is finished in Nogaro Blue over a black leather and Alcantara interior with blue Alcantara suede accents. It has undergone extensive interior and exterior modifications including an Alpine head unit with a rearview camera, a custom tune, RS4 turbochargers, RS4 intakes, RS4 intercoolers, a StopTech brake kit, H&R springs, and much more. Reported to have a new clutch and recently serviced spark plugs and coils, this S4 is now being offered by its seller out of New Jersey showing approximately 89k miles on the odometer.
This S4 is finished in Nogaro Blue and is said to have undergone Xpel ceramic coating on the paintwork and wheels. It also includes Xpel 35% window tints and Xpel 50% tint on the front windshield. Exterior details include an RS4 front grille, an M3 rear spoiler lip, shaved door handles, upgraded LED headlights, a sunroof, polished mirror caps, and a dual exhaust outlet. It rides on recently refinished silver 18” HRE wheels dressed in Michelin Pilot Sport All Season 4 tires with 2022 date codes. The seller notes a few minor blemishes. The cabin features black leather seats with blue Alcantara suede inserts and matching door panels. Interior details include an RS4 steering wheel, a center vent boost gauge, an upgraded LED dashboard, a blue Alcantara shift knob, a custom black Alcantara headliner, a hidden power kill switch, and an Alpine head unit with a rearview camera. All gauges, electronics, and accessories are reported to be working properly.
This S4 came from the factory equipped with a twin-turbocharged 2.7-liter V6 engine that sends power to all four wheels through a 6-speed manual transmission and Quattro all-wheel drive. The S4 features a 4-wheel independent suspension with a multi-link design with 4 control arms per wheel at the front and an unequal double wishbone design at the rear. It has undergone a host of mechanical upgrades including a custom tune, RS4 turbochargers, RS4 intakes, RS4 intercoolers, a sprint booster module, upgraded diverter valves, a full Samco hose kit, an upgraded fuel pump and system, an upgraded exhaust, a StopTech brake kit, H&R coil springs, and a short-throw shifter. Additionally, the seller reports that the clutch is new and that the spark plugs and coils were recently serviced.

@toofast67 pic 20 is a small rock chip that happened more recently and it’s mostly underneath the fender yes. The white wire is an Apple phone charger. No worry on that!
In pic #20, is that paint missing from the fender or is that a reflection? Also, what is the white wire on the right side of the shifter? Where is it coming out of? Can you take a photo from the passenger side so we can get a better idea of what this looks like? Thank you!

@Stuttgart_911 great questions.. seri pet smoke vapor odors ever in the car I’m just oddly obsessed with those trees always matching my cars. The car smells nice inside. All service records that I did for the car since feb 22 are in a nice neat folder indeed…every single thing done. I spent a pretty penny but it was well worth it. All of my work was done at Eurotech in Mahwah NJ with Danek and team.
@Spapa - Thanks for the quick reply. Yeah, the weather probably isn’t doing you any favors right now. Too bad you weren’t able to grab those videos when you took the photos. Couple other quick things. Will any paper service records be coming with the sale (not seeing any in the photo gallery)? Also, I’m seeing a few tree air fresheners in the photos as well as stripes in the carpeting indicating a recent detail. Any pet/smoke/vape odors when you acquired the car?
@Stuttgart_911 zero concerns car runs perfect. It’s kept in pristine condition in the garage. No dash lights. There’s a ton of snow on ground and salt where I currently am so getting a driving video will not be easy since I won’t take it on the road. The stock steering, wheel, radio and interior are all gone. Looking forward to helping in any way needed. I’m here !

How long has this car been in Freehold? I’m an original owner of my Laser Red B5 just a couple of towns over and very surprised I don’t know of this car. Looks very clean with the appropriate period correct bolt-on upgrades. GLWS.

@SealofStuttgart thanks for the wishes, always loved the Casablancas! Yea this car is more show than go, for sure. Didn’t want the potential chance of having nonstop headaches. The power wasn’t worth it to me on this beauty.
@Spapa thank you for quick response! I recently sold my Casablanca and already miss it.. yes the rs4 y pipe is more circular in diameter and has a shiny coat. Quite expensive now a days for just a y pipe. The tune makes sense anything higher the clutch starts slipping. Happened to me and I bought a ringer racing stage 4+..

@SealofStuttgart yes that’s an 034 Intake. I am unsure of the Y-Pipe as the previous owner had installed them, I don’t want to misspeak. The tune is mild not sure of the stage but it holds 14/15 psi, which indicates extremely mild. Didn’t want the car pushed too hard. I have never dyno’d so I’m unsure of WHP, if I had to guess I’d say 350-375 max.
In pictures I see a stock y pipe- not rs4, and possibly a 034 intake? Do you have a rs4 y pipe? What stage is the tune? I know the rs4 clutch doesn’t hold up well if you are past 400whp.

@Spapa. Thank you I understand,it was 26 degrees this morning here in Texas so I didn’t took any of my Porsches out either. This afternoon sunny and 40 degrees I’m taking my 650 horsepower plus 911 turbo for a rip.
@luis.seneriz no concerns about a longer trip, there’s 6 inches of snow currently by me so I can’t provide any driving videos. I also never take it out in snow / salt.

Downpipes I am unsure of. Exhaust I believe is Magnaflow. Sounds perfect, inside and out.

I had a silver 2001.5 with black/white seats, 6spd, GIAC tune, gutted pre-cats, RS4 clutch, coilovers and a Milltek true dual exhaust. Lots of fun around town and pretty easy to drive. The sound was incredible and I still miss it. GLWTA!
