@Tranquilo Its the worst. She would always park it far away from everything on purpose to avoid situations like this but such is life.
@Tranquilo No worries at all. Those both have good life left on them.
one more question...condition of brake pads and rotors? thanks!
@Fastauto thanks so much. Same thing happened to my mom's door on her 560, so I get it. just wanted to make sure I was connecting the dots.
@Tranquilo That reading was taken on the drivers side door. Many moons ago the car was parked in a supermarket parking lot. A gash was found in the door as a result of a shopping cart hitting it or someone opening their door into it. The gash was filled and the door was repainted. The door itself is all original but it was indeed painted.
Beautiful car. Can you tell me what area is the 6+ paint reading photo from? Drivers door? |Was there paintwork on that door? thanks.
@Fastauto thank you for prompt reply.
@ashcrestcollection I highly doubt it but let me ask her. I personally had the oil changed and the brake fluid flushed annually.
The tires have a ton of tread because the car is hardly used but they are indeed old. Two are 08 and two are 11.
Are there any recent (last) service records?
What year are tires?
Thank you!
