Available for auction is this 2004 Ford F-350 XLT Super Duty CrewCab finished in grey over a grey leather interior. Beginning in 1999 Ford began producing a dedicated line of heavy-duty trucks positioned above the F-150, which were offered in numerous configurations from the F-250 to the F-550. This 2004 example has been registered in Oregon from new and comes equipped with a 6.0L turbo-diesel V8 mated to a 5-speed automatic transmission and a two-speed transfer case, the larger CrewCab configuration, an 8’ bed, power windows and door locks, air conditioning, chrome bumpers, and more. It is now being offered for auction by its seller out of Oregon while showing just over 65k miles on its odometer.
This F-350 is finished in grey and features the large CrewCab along with an 8’ bed. Equipment includes front and rear chrome bumpers, front tow points, side steps, “4x4” decals, a hitch receiver, and mudflaps. The seller states that the finish remains in good overall condition and has provided a collection of detailed images which can be found in the gallery along with a clean CARFAX. It rides on a set of polished 16” wheels dressed in Cooper Discoverer A/T 3 tires from 2013.
Inside, the front and rear seats are upholstered in grey leather, and are matched by a grey dashboard, carpets, and door panels. Amenities include air conditioning, power windows and door locks, rubber floor mats, a sliding rear window, and an AM/FM radio and CD player. A CB radio and a Tekonsha Voyager trailer brake controller are mounted beneath the dashboard.
Power comes from a Powerstroke 6.0L turbo-diesel V8 which produced up to 325 HP and 560 lb-ft of torque when new. The rear or all four wheels are driven by way of a Torqshift 5R110 5-speed automatic transmission and a two-speed transfer case. This F-350 came factory equipped with four-wheel disc brakes, a Dana solid front axle, and a reinforced Sterling 10.5 rear axle. The seller states that regular service has been carried out every 6k miles and that there are no outstanding service items at this time.
