Commonly known as the “Terminator”, the Mustang SVT Cobra was the ultimate high-performance version of the fourth generation SN95 Mustang designed by Ford’s Special Vehicles Team (SVT), equipped with a supercharged 4.6L DOHC 32-valve V8. This 2004 example was ordered in Silver Metallic over a Medium Graphite leather interior, and has been modified with a Reichard Racing supercharger pulley, a Division X return-style fuel system, an S/C Pro heat exchanger, Mac long tube headers, a Magnaflow exhaust, GT500 fuel injectors, a Tremec 5-speed racing transmission with a Spec Stage 3 clutch and aluminum flywheel, an 8.8 IRS limited-slip differential, a Maximum Motorsports 6-point roll cage, and a host of suspension upgrades. Dyno tested results show a power output of 685 HP and 657 lb.-ft of torque after modifications. Accompanied by a Ford SVT certificate identifying this example as chassis # 705 out of 3768 produced, this 2004 Ford Mustang SVT Cobra coupe is now being offered at auction by its seller out of Pennsylvania showing just over 20k miles on the odometer.

This Cobra is finished in Silver Metallic (YN) and can be distinguished from the standard SN95 Mustang by a unique front and rear valence, body-color mirror caps, rocker-panel moldings, an integrated rear spoiler, and SVT/Cobra badging. Equipment includes a vented hood, fog lights, and dual stainless-steel exhaust outlets. The seller reports this Mustang has seen some track use and notes two small chips as well as a small crack in the nose panel, detailed images are provided in the gallery along with a clean CARFAX report. The chrome 17” five-spoke wheels are mounted with new Nitto NT555 tires.

The cabin feature front sport seats upholstered in two-tone Medium Graphite leather with gray suede inserts and embroidered Cobra emblems on the backrests. Amenities include a 6-way power-adjustable driver’s seat, air conditioning, cruise control, a CD stereo with a Mach 460 sound system, a leather-wrapped steering wheel, white-faced SVT-branded instrumentation, and power accessories. The seller reports that the rear seat has been deleted, and a Maximum Motorsports 6-point roll cage has been installed.

This SVT Cobra is powered by a 4.6L DOHC 32-valve supercharged V8 upgraded with a Reichard Racing supercharger pulley running 23 psi of boost, a Division X return-style fuel system, an S/C Pro heat exchanger, Mac long tube headers, a Magnaflow exhaust, GT500 fuel injectors and coil packs. Dyno-tested results show that it produces 685 HP and 657 lb.-ft of torque, and the car can cover the quarter mile in 10.5 seconds at 134 MPH. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a 5-speed Tremec racing transmission fitted with a Stage 3 Spec clutch and aluminum flywheels and a rear 8.8 limited-slip differential with 3.53 gearing. The front suspension has been fitted with a lightweight K-frame kit, an adjustable MRC sway bar, Steeda camber/caster plates, and front Proma Drag struts, while the rear end received Proma Star adjustable shocks, an adjustable MRC sway bar, and IRS subframe connectors. The seller reports a leak down and compression test have been completed and showed excellent results.
