Available for auction is this 2004 Honda S2000 AP2 finished in Silverstone Metallic over black leather. Honda’s original S2000 (AP1) was launched in 1999 to celebrate the automaker's 50th anniversary and received a major update for the 2004 model year (AP2) which included new front and rear bumpers, carbon fiber gearbox synchronizers, retuned suspension, and a larger 2.2L engine. Originally sold in Indiana, this 2004 example had been under the care of its second owner for the past 10 years and is now being offered for auction by its seller out of Florida showing just over 33k miles on the odometer.
This S2000 is finished in Silverstone Metallic with a black convertible soft top and glass rear window. The AP2 version received revised front and rear bumpers, new LED taillights, redesigned headlight assemblies, and oval-shaped exhaust tips. This example rides on a set of silver 17″ 10-spoke V2 alloy wheels dressed in Michelin tires. Two small scuff marks are noted on the passenger side of the front bumper, additional images are provided in the gallery along with a clean CARFAX report.
The cabin comes trimmed in black leather with matching door panels and carpets. Features include a digital instrument display, push-button ignition, a 4-speaker sound system with an AM/FM/CD concealed stereo, air conditioning, power windows and locks, cruise control, and a three-spoke leather-wrapped steering wheel.
The AP2 generation S2000 is equipped with the F22C1 DOHC inline 4-cylinder engine. An enlarged version of the original S2000’s F20C unit, the 2.2L F22C1 carried over V-TEC variable valve timing technology and produced up to 240 HP and 162 lb.-ft of torque. The AP2 also received an updated 6-speed manual gearbox with modified gear ratios and upgraded carbon fiber synchronizer rings. Other features include a limited-slip differential, variable-assist rack and pinion steering, and four-wheel double-wishbone independent suspension. The seller notes the most recent service included flushes of the engine oil, transmission, and differential fluids.
This sale will include a set of three keys and two remote fobs, the original window sticker, owner's manuals, and a clean title.

@mottcom Unfortunately, no. The last service was at 30k miles. Replaced motor oil, filter, trans fluid and the diff fluid. Did it myself.

Hey everyone, thanks for checking out my S2000. Post up any questions you have no matter what it is even if it seems weird I'll do my best to answer quickly. I'll start it off by answering the one everyone always has... Why are you selling it?? Well first of all, I don't want to!! BUT, I have two kids that are both in child seats still and a roadster isn't going to cut it anymore. It was the third vehicle but now we're trying to be more responsible with our finances and just bought our first house so the toys have to go. I have included pictures of all the cosmetic imperfections the car has. Mechanically it's 100%. Good luck and happy bidding!
