Finished in Carrara White over Metropol Blue full leather upholstery, this 2004 Porsche 911 Turbo Cabriolet is powered by a venerable twin-turbocharged 3.6-liter flat-six engine. This example was factory optioned with a Tiptronic S automatic transmission, Custom Tailoring, aluminum instrument dials, supple leather seats, painted front air intakes, stainless steel exhaust pipes, and much more. Having spent time in Texas, California, and South Carolina, it is now being offered for auction by its seller out of Florida while showing under 14k miles on the odometer.
This 996 comes finished in Carrara White with a Metropol Blue cabriolet top and factory 18” Turbo wheels with colored Porsche center caps. Other details include clear European-style side markers, red brake calipers, side air intakes, and a speed-activated rear spoiler. A few minor imperfections are noted throughout the exterior including a small ding on the front bumper. The seller states that the wing and spoiler were repaired or replaced.
The cabin is appointed with Metropol Blue full leather upholstery including heated supple leather seats with Porsche crested headrests and aluminum inlays for the dashboard. instrument dials, shifter, & brake handle. The original Porsche Communication Management (PCM) head unit remains in place and has been paired with an aftermarket satellite radio tuner. The left front window regulator was replaced and the reports minimal signs of wear. All gauges and accessories are said to be fully functional.
The twin-turbocharged 3.6-liter flat-six Mezger engine produces up to 415 HP and 415 lb.-ft of torque, driving all four wheels by way of a 5-speed Tiptronic S automatic transmission. The seller states that the engine was removed in 2006 to complete a repair under warranty, consisting of the engine cleaning and new intake manifold gaskets. A 20k-mile service was carried out by Porsche of Palm Springs in April 2023 which is said to have included the replacement of the battery & drive belts, and an oil change. No outstanding maintenance items have been reported.
This sale will include a clean title.

@skalra I cannot explain the bidding but the vehicle is beautiful and next to perfect. The 20,000 mile service has been completed and the vehicle needs nothing. At under 14,000 miles it is barely broken-in.
Surprised to see this 996 not shattering the $50K mark and it didn't sell at $60,500 on another site. Do others know something about this car that the rest of us don't?

@zacharyshea Looks like the 3 inch kit to me. Which is slightly higher than factory on the cabs. About half an inch.
The coupes were lower from factory by about an inch vrs the cabs.

A very nice, clean 996tt cab! Do you have the receipt for the Rennkit eRam installation, and when was it installed? Which eRam height does this rear wing have (2, 3, or 4 inch)? Do you still have the original hydraulic ram that came witht he car? Thank you in advance.

Is the interior navy or black ?
It says navy but the pictures look black.
The cab is blue I can see the difference.

@amor1064 The vehicle was previously Porsche certified, But the certification is not transferrable. I am unsure how much “time” would have been left on the original certification warranty.

Looks like didn't sell on another site for $60,500. Surprised didn't sell as it was a solid price for tiptronic.
