Finished in Arctic Silver Metallic over a black full leather interior, this 2004 Porsche 996 Carrera 4S features a 6-speed manual transmission sending power to all four wheels.  It was acquired by the current owner in December of 2017 and upgraded with an IPD intake plenum, GT3 throttle body, performance exhaust components, a coilover suspension kit, an EVOMS tune, custom carbon fiber steering wheel, and Function First shifter.  Also fortified with a new clutch and IMS bearing under current ownership, this Carrera 4S is now being offered for auction out of New Jersey showing approximately 64k miles on the odometer.

Sharing its wide bodywork with the 911 Turbo, this Carrera 4S is finished in Arctic Silver Metallic with red-painted brake calipers, optional stainless-steel tailpipes, xenon headlamps, and 18” Turbo-Look wheels including colored Porsche crested center caps. The Bridgestone Potenza tires show date codes from 2016 in the front and 2015 in the rear.  A few scratches and dings are noted on the hood of the vehicle as well as some imperfections on the front and rear bumpers, detailed images are provided in the gallery along with a CARFAX report showing damage to the rear end during an accident in 2004.

Inside, this 4S sports black full leather upholstery with optional heated seats, Porsche crested headrests, and the Aluminum-Look trim package.  Driver amenities include the Bose High-End Sound Package, automatic climate control, and a sliding sunroof. A custom flat-bottom carbon fiber steering wheel has been installed along with an upgraded Function First shift knob and lever. Some small scuffs and indentations are depicted in the leather and the seller reports all accessories and instruments are fully functional including the original Porsche CDR23 radio.

The naturally aspirated 3.6-liter flat-six engine produces as much as 320 HP and 273 lb.-ft of torque stock.  All four wheels are driven through a 6-speed manual transmission while stopping power comes from fixed 4-piston brakes shared with the 911 Turbo.  The suspension has been fitted with a Fortune Auto coilover kit and the engine has been upgraded with an IPD intake plenum, 82mm GT3 throttle body, Agency Power muffler, Designtek 200-cell catalytic converters, and an Evolution Motorsports tune.  Since acquiring the car in 2017, the current owner oversaw the replacement of the IMS bearing, clutch, ignition coils, and spark plugs as well as routine fluid/filter changes and resurfacing of the flywheel.

This sale will include the original owner's manuals and a clean title.

@burdsco58 I am also 6’4” athletic build! I fit comfortably . I have plenty of headroom. I went with the aftermarket steering wheel to give me a little more leg room. I’ve had no issues getting in and out if the car and maneuvering while in the car. For a car if this size it’s fits like a glove lol. Thanks for your interest!

@155MPH I have all the original parts that were replaced. The only thing that I don’t have is the original suspension. All original parts will be included with the sale of the car. All original parts are in very good condition as well!

  • 155MPH (registered bidder) 1 year, 10 monthsago

Do you still have the original parts that were replaced with aftermarket? Steering wheel, shifter, exhaust, etc? Will you include those with the sale if so?

@Aquaboy2u Yes, it is an LN Engineering replacement. It was a typo on the company’s behalf. Thanks for your comment! Please let me know if you have any other questions. Cheers!

  • Aquaboy2u (registered bidder) 1 year, 10 monthsago

Beautiful car and excited to see one located in Jersey. Was the IMS bearing and LN Engineering replacement? Looks like the billing statement says LM engineering…wondering if that is just a typo. Thanks
