Debuted at the 2002 Paris Motor Show, Bentley’s Continental GT has been the manufacturer’s flagship grand tourer for the last two decades, showcasing elegant styling, superb craftsmanship, and a robust twin-turbocharged W12 engine. This 2005 example is finished in Midnight Emerald over a two-tone tan and green leather interior and features the optional Mulliner specification, 20” multi-piece Mulliner wheels, and more. This Continental GT is now being offered for auction by its seller out of New York showing less than 57k miles on the odometer.
Finished in Midnight Emerald (LK6M), this GT is equipped with chrome window surrounds, door handle inlays, and lower body moldings as well as a chrome radiator grille, quad bi-xenon headlamps, frameless side windows, Bentley-branded brake calipers, a speed-activated rear spoiler, and polished dual exhaust outlets. It rides on 20” multi-piece Mulliner wheels wrapped in Pirelli P Zero tires. The cabin is upholstered in two-tone tan and green leather with deviated stitching, green carpeting and dark burled walnut veneer accenting the dashboard, door panels, and center console. Amenities include heated and power-adjustable front seats with lumbar support and memory settings, a hand-stitched four-spoke multi-function leather-wrapped steering wheel with shift paddles, dual-zone automatic climate control, side window defoggers, a Breitling analog clock, an infotainment system with navigation, and a 12-speaker sound system.
Powered by a twin-turbocharged 6.0-liter W12 engine, the Continental GT sends up to 552 HP and 479 lb.-ft of torque to all four wheels by way of a six-speed automatic transmission and a continuous all-wheel-drive system with a Torsen center differential, allowing acceleration from 0-60 MPH in as little as 4.5 seconds, and going on to reach a top speed of almost 200 MPH. Standard performance features include adjustable air suspension, Servotronic speed-sensitive power steering, and power ventilated disc brakes. The seller reports recent maintenance to include the replacement of the A/C condenser and the radiator, as well as repairing vacuum lines, and a coolant flush.
