Introduced in 2005, the first-generation Ford GT was built to celebrate the 100th anniversary of Ford and pays homage to the legendary Ford GT40 Mark II race car that won four consecutive 24 Hours of Le Mans races in the late 1960s. The Ford GT was largely considered the first modern supercar out of the United States featuring an aluminum chassis, Brembo brakes, carbon-fiber bucket seats, and a supercharged 5.4L V8 engine paired with a 6-speed manual transmission. This example is finished in Centennial White with Sonic Blue racing stripes and is said to be one of 503 examples ordered in this color for the 2005 model year. It was first registered in California where it has remained since. This GT has been modified with a larger Kenne Bell supercharger, an aftermarket exhaust system, butterfly doors, a touchscreen multimedia head unit, and 20” multipiece HRE S101 forged wheels. Showing under 19k miles on the odometer, this 2005 Ford GT is now being offered at auction by its seller out of Nevada.
The aluminum bodywork is finished in Centennial White (WT) with optional Sonic Blue (SN) racing stripes. Equipment includes a front splitter, vented hood, a rear lip spoiler, side air intakes, a flat underbody, and a finned rear diffuser. This example features second-generation Ford GT-style butterfly doors as well as solar-tinted glass, a dual center-exit exhaust system with larger exhaust tips, HID headlamps, a forged aluminum fuel filler, black brake calipers with white Ford GT script, and power-adjustable mirrors. The seller reports paint protection film has been applied to the rocker panels and shows some minor chips on the film, as well as a small scrape on the underside of the front splitter. Detailed images are provided in the gallery along with a clean CARFAX report. This GT rides on 20” custom HRE S101 multipiece wheels mounted with Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires.
The cabin is upholstered in Ebony leather and features manually adjustable Sparco bucket seats with carbon-fiber backings, harness pass-throughs, and GT40-style ventilation grommets. Details include aftermarket carbon fiber trim on the center console, radio bezel, steering wheel, instrument cluster, air vents, door sills, handbrake handle, and door panels as well as aluminum-rimmed GT40-style instrumentation, GT40-inspired dash-mounted toggle switches, rotary climate controls, an aluminum ball shifter, and a leather-wrapped steering wheel. Amenities consist of automatic climate control, remote keyless entry, a push-button ignition, and a double-din touchscreen aftermarket head unit connected to the subwoofer located in between the seats.
The mid-mounted 5.4-liter DOHC V8 engine has been modified with a polished billet aluminum Kenne Bell supercharger which claims to raise the output from 550 HP to around 645 HP. Power is routed to the rear wheels through a Ricardo 6-speed manual transaxle and a helical limited-slip differential. An aftermarket exhaust system has also been fitted. The CARFAX report shows a history of service completed at Lithia Ford of Fresno, California, and notes a mileage discrepancy that likely resulted from a clerical error.

@SofiaLeo has never seen a paint booth or accident. kept in a warehouse under its cover along with the rest of the collection. I am sure Fresno ford would correct if asked .look at the dates on the car fax would have had to drive non-stop for 8 months .then only 1 mile for the next 2 visits

@Miked2020 yes they hold up well if you look at drivers side has the Dan Gurney bubble . to accommodate taller drivers. makes fewer head bumps so common with supercars. and makes exiting a lot easier as well.

ok everyone asking about extra parts and factory parts so after hours of wrestling with packing tape and bubble wrap we uploaded photos the list is catalytic converter rear exhaust muffler ?? pipes attached to it heat shields I think rear engine support bars are stock ones, not the cool ones on there now complete rear bumper and screen dba back grille . supercharger and intake manifold and to be clear i am in las vegas as of today might change by tonight car is in Carlsbad ca san Diego area please contact me for any questions thank you mark p
