Introduced in 2001 as the replacement for Lamborghini’s legendary Diablo flagship V12 sports car, the original Murcielago offered over 570 HP through its all-wheel-drive system as well as the option of a new 6-speed E-gear automated manual transmission. This 2005 Murcielago Roadster was delivered new to Motorcars of Atlanta in May of 2005, spending time in Georgia, Florida, and California before being acquired by the seller. It comes finished in Grigio Antares over a black leather interior, features multi-piece custom Forgiato wheels, and has recently undergone a service and inspection in preparation for the sale. Showing just over 11k miles, this Murcielago Roadster is now being offered at auction by its seller out of Florida.
The Grigio Antares exterior includes a black convertible top, gloss black mirror caps, projector headlights, tinted taillights and side markers, active rear air intakes, and aftermarket Magnaflow tips paired to the original exhaust system. The custom multi-piece Forgiato wheels are wrapped in Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 tires from 2017. The finish is described to be in very good condition apart from some small chips and scratches throughout, detailed images are provided in the gallery along with a clean CARFAX report.
The cockpit is trimmed in black leather and Alcantara with contrasting red stitching on the seats, dashboard, center console, and door panels, accented with carbon fiber trim. Amenities include automatic climate control, a leather-wrapped steering wheel, keyless entry, 4-way power-adjustable seats, and Murcielago-branded treadplates. The stereo head unit and speakers have been upgraded, and a radar detector system has been professionally installed.
Power is derived from a 6.2L V12 which was factory rated at 571 HP and 480 lb.-ft of torque. All four wheels are driven through a 6-speed E-gear automated manual transmission with a limited-slip differential in the rear. The Murcielago can accelerate from 0-60 MPH in as little as 3.8 seconds with a top speed of over 200 MPH. Upon acquisition, the seller performed an oil change, a brake system flush, and an inspection which indicated clutch life at 80%.

@Tartan43 timing chains adjusted not to our knowledge. Clutch is original and refer to picture for clutch life and goes into gear no problems. As far as oil leaks we just performed service and no oil leaks noted.
When was the last time the timing chains were adjusted? Is the clutch original? Any issues getting it in gear or shifting between gears? Any oil leaks? Thanks.
