Combining the practicality of a wagon with the performance and handling characteristics of BMW vehicles, the E91 325xi Touring represents the second generation of 3-Series wagons offered in the United States. This 2006 example comes finished in Deep Green Metallic over Sand Beige Montana leather and features a rare 6-speed manual transmission paired with the X-Drive all-wheel-drive system. Acquired by the seller in 2018 and previously listed on PCARMARKET, this 325xi has since undergone some noteworthy service items and is now being offered for auction out of New York while showing approximately 110k miles on the odometer.
This 325xi is finished in Deep Green Metallic (A43) and features a power glass sunroof, integrated fog lights, polished window trim, a headlight washer system, a rear windscreen wiper, black roof rails, and twin exhaust outlets. This E91 rides on upgraded 18” Style 285 wheels and the original set of 17" wheels are also said to accompany the sale. The current set of wheels does not include tire pressure monitoring sensors and the TPMS warning light is present as a result. The CARFAX report shows an accident to have occurred in April 2015. The seller describes the condition as driver's quality and some imperfections are depicted in the gallery along with paint meter readings.
The cabin features power-adjustable seats trimmed in Sand Beige Montana leather along with matching door panels, carpets, and lower dashboard plastics. Poplar wood inlays line the doors, dash, and center console. Amenities include automatic climate control, cruise control, a leather-wrapped multi-function steering wheel, power accessories, and a BMW Business CD stereo linked to HiFi speakers. Some areas of wear and discoloration are present.
This 325xi is equipped with a naturally aspirated 3.0-liter straight-six engine sending up to 215 HP to all four wheels through a desirable 6-speed manual transmission and BMW's X-Drive all-wheel-drive system. The seller reports routine oil and fluid changes have been carried out as well as the recent replacement of the A/C blower motor and rear driver-side window regulator.

@jc328 The filter housing is fine and not leaking, what you see is residue from overflown oil spillage during an oil change. Tires are usage from tire tread wise however I would replace more due to age. The car was purchased by us about 5 years ago and original intent was to look for nice conversion to install an N54 or N55 engine and boost it to about 500HP but then we also decided maybe do a M57 diesel conversion since that would bring the torque way up. We stayed away from that course because we found the car to be too clean to make such transplant and surgery and looked for another project hence this sat in the back of the collection waiting for instructions that never surfaced. The accident happened previous to our ownership and PO mentioned that the quarter panel was side swiped by another vehicle and had to be repainted but no replacement parts were used. Very nice 3 series wagon. A few questions:
Is the oil filter housing gasket leaking? I thought I saw some oil on the housing in the engine pictures.
Are the tires in need of replacement?
Any details about the 2015 accident? In reviewing the carfax it seems it hasn't had many miles put on it since then. Assuming its coincidental.

@68912Porsche TPMS can be fitted to the 18” wheels just need to purchase the right ones for the e91 platform. It is fairly easy and inexpensive if you have a good tire shop.
Do we know if tpms sensors can be fitted to the 18” wheels? I assume it is, just wondering if it has been investigated
