The fourth-generation BMW 7-Series luxury sedan (E65/E66) was produced from 2001 until 2008 and showcased innovations including the iDrive infotainment system, a new 6-speed automatic transmission, and active anti-roll bars. This 2006 BMW 750Li is a long-wheelbase version (E66) featuring a 4.8-liter V8 engine as well as the optional Luxury Seating Package and Premium Sound Package. This 7-Series had been under the care of its second owner for over 12 years when it was acquired by the current owner in 2022. Recently serviced and with approximately 67k miles showing on the odometer, this 750Li is now being offered for auction out of North Carolina.
This long-wheelbase model is finished in Black Sapphire Metallic with chrome accents on the bumpers, window surrounds, rooflines, and front grilles. Equipment includes adaptive xenon headlamps, rain-sensing windshield wipers, an automatic trunk lid mechanism, rear Park Distance Control (PDC) sensors, a glass sunroof, and 19” BMW Style 95 Star Spoke wheels. The seller notes minor signs of road-going wear on the front end as well as a few light scratches throughout the exterior. The cabin is upholstered in Nasca beige leather with Dark Wood Trim. The optional Luxury Seating Package includes three-stage heated and ventilated front Comfort Seats with active driver seat support and memory as well as three-stage heated rear seats. The optional Premium Sound Package also equips the Logic 7 audio system and a 6-disc in-dash CD changer. Other features include rear side sunshades, an electric rear window shade, iDrive with navigation, soft-close automatic doors, a leather-wrapped power adjustable multifunction steering wheel, and automatic climate control.
Power comes from a naturally aspirated 4.8-liter V8 DOHC engine featuring Valvetronic Double-VANOS variable valve timing and a two-stage intake manifold. Up to 362 HP and 361 lb.-ft of torque are sent to the rear wheels through a 6-speed Steptronic automatic transmission. The chassis also includes an electromechanical parking brake, Dynamic Stability Control with Dynamic Traction Control, an anti-lock braking system with Dynamic Brake Control, speed-sensitive variable assist power steering, and an aluminum suspension with Active Roll Stabilization. The seller notes that service completed during 2023 has included an oil and filter change, a new battery, replacement of the washer pump, and a rebuilt parking brake actuator.
This sale will include the original window sticker, owner’s manuals, some service documentation, two keys, and a clean title.
