We are proud to offer this 2006 Ferrari F430 Spider. Delivered new at Ferrari San Francisco, this F430 was ordered in the classic combination of Rosso Corsa over a tan leather interior, and equipped with a rare 6-speed gated manual transmission. Optioned to an original cost of over $220k, this Spider comes outfitted with Daytona-style power-operated seats, a carbon-fiber lower cabin zone, Scuderia Ferrari fender shields, red-painted brake calipers, and more. Previously listed on PCARMARKET, this F430 shows only 786 miles on the odometer and is now being offered for auction by its seller out of Massachusetts.
This F430 is finished in Rosso Corsa (322) with a Nero power-retractable soft top, optional red-painted brake calipers, and optional Scuderia Ferrari fender shields. The F430 was an evolution of its predecessor, the 360 Modena, sharing an Alcoa Aluminum-designed space-frame chassis, but designed with improved aerodynamics including larger rear air intakes, pronounced elliptical front intakes in the front bumper, and a Formula-1 style front spoiler that channels air down the underbody. Equipment includes Xenon headlights, heated exterior mirrors, quad exhaust outlets, and 19” split-spoke forged BBS wheels with the optional ball-polished finish and Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires. Additional images are provided in the gallery along with a clean CARFAX report.
The interior is upholstered in tan leather with matching door panels, carpeting, and a contrasting black leather dashboard. Optional Daytona-style seats feature power operation and Ferrari Cavallino logos embossed in the headrests. Optional carbon-fiber trim accents the center stack, air vents, center console, and door sills with stainless steel Ferrari kick plates. The driver is supplied with drilled aluminum pedals, a polished gated shifter, and a perforated leather three-spoke steering wheel with a red start/stop button and Manettino switch. Additional features include a yellow-faced 10k-RPM tachometer, a drilled aluminum passenger footrest, and a plaque mounted to the passenger side dash celebrating Ferrari’s Formula One championship victories.
Under the clear polycarbonate engine cover lies a mid-mounted 32-valve 4.3L V8 that generates 483 HP and 343 lb.-ft of torque. Power is directed to the rear wheels through a rare 6-speed manual transmission and electronically-controlled Ferrari E-Diff, allowing the Spider to reach 60 MPH from a standstill in approximately 4 seconds while continuing to a top speed of 196 MPH. The F430 is the first model to include Ferrari’s E-Diff electronic differential, which evenly distributes torque to the rear wheels. The F430 was also the first Ferrari to be equipped with the Manettino dial, allowing for the driver to fine-tune the characteristics of the vehicle including traction control, throttle response, E-diff function, and the adaptable Skyhook electronic suspension. Braking is handled by Brembo molybdenum-enforced four-piston calipers with cross-drilled cast iron rotors and Bosch electronic ABS. The last recorded service was carried out by Cauley Ferrari of Michigan in 2020 including an oil and filter change as well as the replacement of one tire.
This sale will be accompanied by the original window sticker, Ferrari VIP book, owner's manuals, tools, a car cover, a set of two keys, and a clean title. Less than 800 miles from new, this outstanding 6-speed F430 Spider makes the perfect addition to any world-class car collection.

What an amazing specimen. Unbelievable mileage. My 2000 360 Modena with 1990 miles has received 3 belt services & an annual every year since day one. Curious if the car is the recipient of more than just the one oil change. Regardless, an excellent candidate for the Ferrari Premium Program. Hopefully this car is shown at FCA meets & Cavallino. What a time capsule. Ciao

Thank you all for the bids and comments! I spent a few minutes just admiring the car today, and it is truly special. The last true Ferrari, in my opinion. As great as the new cars are, this has soul that a computer just cannot replicate or even emulate. All subjective of course, but that gated shifter…

FED is printing and real assets will increase in price over and over. This an excellent opportunity for those who can afford it, even above 400k
@GearDevils Have to believe that this car will move much higher as we get closer to the end?
We know this car well. It needs nothing.
Based on the mileage history, seems like the first owner bought it to drive a little but then changed his mind after a couple years. Too bad for him, but somebody will get a gem here. I would not be surprised if it needs some work. Being driven less than 200 miles in the last 10 years is not kind to the mechanicals. In this price range I assume the buyers know what they are getting into.
Wow. Just wow. An 11k mile 6 speed f430 spider just sold on BaT for $350,000. That’s ELEVEN THOUSAND! Granted an ‘09 but with debatably ugly seats. This car, in the quintessential red/tan combo and looks like it’s near perfect. With 700 miles??? This is probably irreplaceable now. I can’t wait to watch this play out!
Wow! 101 to 300 in one shot. That’s serious!

I had a 2005 with 4000 miles when I bought it, 5 years later and an odometer at 29000 miles this car was beautiful and fun to drive. Get ready to have 15 minute conversations and photos everywhere you stop. GLWTA oh besides routine maintenance and oil changes never had one problem in Vegas on a very hot day at a traffic light the cars engine light come on but the mechanic said the car sensed too much heat. That was it wonderful car. GLWTA
