This 2006 Ferrari F430 Berlinetta features Pininfarina-designed bodywork in Blu Pozzi over a Cuoio tan leather interior along with optional Challenge style wheels, carbon ceramic brakes, and a 6-speed gated manual transmission. It was acquired by the current owner from a Maserati dealer in Chicago in 2013 and is now being offered for auction out of Utah while showing just over 17k miles on the odometer.
The F430’s aluminum bodywork features an F1-inspired rear diffuser, a transparent engine cover, quad tailpipes, and taillights borrowed from the Ferrari Enzo. This example is finished in Blu Pozzi, a historic color named in honor of French Ferrari importer Charles Pozzi. It rides on optional 19” Challenge-style wheels accented by brake calipers in Rosso Scuderia. The seller describes the car to be very well presented, having been recently detailed and only driven under ideal weather conditions. A scratch is present near the fuel cap along with a few other very minor imperfections. It is noted that an accident occurred in 2015 causing minor damage to the left front end. Due to the extremely high standards of the seller, he saw that the car was repaired to the highest possible standard regardless of cost. This was carried out by Ferrari of Beverly Hills at a cost of approximately $60k and supporting documents can be viewed in the gallery of the repair invoices along with the full CARFAX report.
Inside, this Berlinetta is appointed with Cuoio tan leather upholstery and contrasting Nero carpets along with an optional leather headliner, carbon fiber dashboard inserts, and a yellow rev counter. Other details include an optional fire extinguisher, drilled aluminum pedals and passenger footrest, Cavallino-embossed headrests, brushed silver Ferrari-branded door sills, a polished gated shifter assembly, and a three-spoke leather-wrapped steering wheel featuring an engine start button and Manettino drive mode selector. The seller notes some minor wear is present on the driver’s seat bolster and that a professional detailer recently addressed some of the sticky buttons.
A mid-mounted 4.3-liter V8 engine delivers 483 HP and 343 lb.-ft of torque to the rear wheels through a 6-speed manual transmission and an E-Diff electronic limited-slip differential. The F430 comes standard with Ferrari’s “Skyhook” active suspension and this example is also optioned with the “Carboceramic” brake system which adds carbon fiber-reinforced silicon carbide (C/SiC) discs for superior fade resistance. The seller states that the car is tuned to European specifications and has been dealer-maintained with no outstanding service items at this time.
This sale will include a clean title and the original owner’s manuals.

@LonPackard One last response, I’m not aware of any changes to the exhaust system.
@mariodesmo Responding to a few recent questions—to my knowledge, no change or replacement has been done on the headers and I am not aware of any header problem with the car, I just started the car and got a vivid and clear yellow readout on the odometer-I can attach a photo if needed, I was told that the attachment cord you are referring to is for radar detection but I’ve never used it. F1 and 6spd cars are mechanically the same except for the f1 hydraulics that control the clutch’s master cylinder. AFAIK it would therefore be possible to obtain a clutch reading on a 6spd car. I think people wouldn’t worry about it on such a low mileage vehicle. In F1 cars the system rides the clutch in stupid ways a person wouldn’t, so an f1 car can go through them; depending on circumstances I’ve heard of f1 cars needing clutches below 10k miles (failing to put the car in neutral in stop and go traffic, plus lots of low speed driving).
Broader point being I think you could get a reading done but this car being a factory six speed from new and having low miles it probably still has a ton of clutch left.

@pcarri This is a manual. The clutch snap is for a F1 car.

By clutch snap I mean a reading of the life remaining on the clutch. Ferrari Salt Lake should’ve done it as a standard check.
RE: the headers they were a known issue on the 430. Ferrari replaced them w a second gen (which was still an issue) and most people swapped them to avoid cracking. Do you know if the headers are original?

@asgor A little background may be helpful. I purchased the car from Perillo AutoGroup in Chicago in June of 2014. The car was fully checked out in advance of purchase. The odometer read 13,842 at purchase. It now reads a little over 17,300. In approximately 4 years I drove it about 3,500 miles. Ferrari Beverly Hills did the work on the car, including paint, in 2015. The very detailed work is shown in the records attached. Ferrari Beverly Hills is one of 5 Ferrari certified body shops in the U.S. I am unaware of any other paint work on the car. I replaced the tires in 2015 with Pirellis. They show very little wear with tire tread at 7/32”. I took the Ferrari into Ferrari of Salt Lake on Wednesday and they did an extensive inspection which I will attach. Their suggestion to replace tires is based only on age, not wear. Good luck on the auction.
@thegonz That’s correct-this is not a six speed conversion. That’s what makes this car collectible, in addition to how beautiful it is and its great condition.

The description says that maintenance is up-to-date but no receipts are posted to verify work done. I suspect regular maintenance such as belts, tensioners, etc (aside from the oil change in 2013) was performed during your 10-year ownership. Could you scan and upload any relevant maintenance work orders/receipts?

@LonPackard The tune up can be easily adjusted back if desired by the purchaser.
@asgor It was referred to as a euro tune. The car runs great on premium octane all the way up to 100 octane.

This Ferrari has been absolutely wonderful. Pozzi blue with the complimentary interior and the beautiful design are a work of art. When not driving the car, I would often just enjoy looking at it to fully appreciate it. The car has the gated shifter which is no longer available and is quickly becoming a rarity. I live in snow country and have not had the opportunity to drive it as much as I would have liked. I probably only drive it about 1500 miles per year, just enough to keep everything running right.
