The fourth-generation S-Class (W220) was offered as Mercedes’ flagship full-size luxury car from 1999 until 2006 and featured innovative new technology including Airmatic air suspension, keyless entry, and soft-close doors. This final-year example is a 4.3-liter V8-powered S430 finished in Cubanite Silver Metallic over an Alpaca Gray leather interior. It came factory equipped with an optional power-operated rear sunshade as well as the AMG Styling Package which adds an exterior aerokit and 18” AMG double-spoke wheels. A lifelong California car that has been cared for by a single owner, this S430 was recently serviced and is now being offered for auction by its seller out of New York while showing under 18k miles on the odometer.
This S430 is finished in Cubanite Silver Metallic and features the optional AMG Styling Package which adds a front spoiler, side skirts, and 18” AMG double-spoke wheels. Other equipment includes chrome body moldings and trim, heat-insulating glass, an electric slide/tilt sunroof in glass, a power-closing trunk lid, and bi-xenon headlights. The seller notes the original wheels have been finished in chrome and the rear bumper was professionally repainted once before. The exterior is described to be in excellent overall condition, detailed images are provided in the gallery along with paint meter readings and a clean CARFAX report. The seller notes that since the photos were taken that a brand new set of 4 tires were mounted and balanced.
The cabin is trimmed in Alpaca Gray leather accented by polished burl wood veneers. Amenities include power-adjustable front seats with memory settings, soft-close doors, keyless entry, an optional rear window sunshade, dual-zone automatic climate control, a Bose sound system, and COMAND APS with Navigation. The seller describes the interior to be in outstanding condition and confirms all accessories and electronics are fully functional.
This S430 is equipped with a naturally aspirated 4.3-liter M113 V8 engine rated at 275 HP and 295 lb.-ft of torque. The rear wheels are driven by way of a 7-speed 7G-Tronic automatic transmission and the chassis includes an active Airmatic air suspension system. In preparation for sale, a service was completed along with preventative maintenance including replacement of the valve cover gaskets, A/C duo valve, resealing of the breathers, and a Liqui Moly oil change.
This sale will include two keys, owner’s manuals, a toolkit, a spare tire, and a clean title.

@Rockster80 headliner is as it left the factory, no issues of any kind. I will do my bestt to get the date codes, the car is in a climate controlled storage and it is about 20 min each way out of my way from home to work. I will do my best but can tell you that you can see the healthy tread and no presence of dry rot or imperfections with the tires. I greatly appreciate the interest.
Another question...how's the headliner? Any sagging? Didn't see any photos of the headliner...

@AK9eleven yes, all comes with the car
@AK9eleven yes , the non 4-matic cars have the 7 speed as standard. My 2 cents from owning a number of these is that the RWD is so much more responsive and better to drive.

@AK9eleven hi and thanks for your interest as well. Everything is working, the car needs nothing (other than tpms light). You will not find a cleaner one on the market globally. Tires have a lot of tread. I will check on the date codes for you. In person viewings are gladly welcome and encouraged
