Offered as the top luxury model of Mercedes’ flagship W221 S-Class sedan, the S600 equips a powerful twin-turbocharged V12 engine producing over 500 HP and 600 lb.-ft of torque along with premium driver amenities and technology. This 2007 example is finished in Calcite White over a Savanna/Cashmere Exclusive Leather interior and includes soft-close doors, Distronic Plus autonomous cruise control, climatized front and rear seats, 19” multi-spoke wheels, a Harman-Kardon sound system, and much more. Commanding an original sticker price of about $145k, this S600 is now being offered for auction by its seller out of California while showing approximately 59k miles on the odometer.
This S-Class is finished in Calcite White (650U) with chrome trim, polished dual exhaust outlets, and “V12” badges on the front fenders. Equipment includes active cornering bi-xenon headlights, a power-closing trunk lid, soft-close doors, auto-dimming mirrors with integrated LED turn signals, a dual panoramic sunroof, and optional 19” multi-spoke wheels. The wheels were mounted with new Continental SportContact 2 tires and show some curb rash and cosmetic imperfections. Inside, the driver is greeted by a Savanna and Cashmere Exclusive Leather interior with matching Alcantara headliner and burl wood trim throughout. Amenities include 14-way Dynamic front seats with heating and ventilation, multicontour rear seats with heating and ventilation, dual-zone automatic climate control, rear seat air conditioning, an electric rear window blind, Keyless-Go entry, Distronic Plus adaptive cruise control, a rearview camera, Night View Assist, COMAND infotainment with navigation, and a Harman-Kardon sound system. The seller notes a scratch is present on the outer passenger seat bolster.
A 5.5-liter V12 Biturbo engine produces up to 510 HP and 612 lb.-ft of torque which is sent to the rear wheels by way of a 5-speed 5G-Tronic automatic transmission. The S600 can accelerate from 0-60 MPH in approximately 4.2 seconds. It comes standard Active Body Control (ABC) suspension which offers Comfort and Sports settings. The engine and transmission mounts are said to have been replaced in 2020 and the seller states the tires, serpentine belt, and air filters were replaced during their ownership.
