We are pleased to present this 2007 Porsche 997 Carrera 4S Coupe finished in Cobalt Blue Metallic over a Cocoa Special Leather interior. A lifelong California car, this 6-speed Carrera 4S was sold new from Sonnen Porsche of San Rafael at an original sticker price over $107k. The car is said to have been formerly owned by Mickey Hart, a drummer from the rock band Grateful Dead. Options include heated Adaptive Sport Seats, the Parking Assist System, Bose High-End Sound Package, exclusive instrument dials in Speed Yellow, a rear center console in leather, and 19” Carrera Sport wheels. Serviced by the original selling Porsche dealership for nearly its entire life, this Carrera 4S shows approximately 57k miles on the odometer and is now being offered for auction by its seller out of Florida.
This 997 comes finished in Cobalt Blue Metallic with red-painted brake calipers and shares its wide fenders with the 911 Turbo. The rear model designation has been removed and this example features an optional rear window wiper as well as exclusive 19” Carrera Sport wheels. CARFAX shows moderate damage to the right-rear end in 2016 and the seller reports the right rear quarter panel to have been refinished as a result. A small nick is noted on the passenger-side rear bumper as well as some scratches on the center front bumper, detailed images are provided in the gallery. The factory-optioned wheels come fitted with colored Porsche crest center caps and a set of Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 tires dated from 2019.
The Cocoa Special Leather is accented by aluminum-look trim, an Alcantara headliner, exclusive instrument dials in Speed Yellow, and carbon fiber door sills with model insignias. Other options include heated Adaptive Sport Seats, a footrest in aluminum, a thicker steering wheel in leather, a rear center console in leather, the Bose High-End Sound Package, and Parking Assist System. An upgraded Kenwood touchscreen head unit has been installed and some signs of wear are depicted throughout the cabin including creasing on the driver seat bolster.
This 4S is equipped with a naturally aspirated 3.8L flat-six engine rated at 355 HP and 295 lb.-ft of torque. All four wheels are driven via 6-speed manual transmission while stopping power comes from fixed 4-piston brakes paired with ventilated and cross-drilled rotors front and rear. Porsche Active Suspension Management (PASM) is equipped as standard and the seller notes a modified exhaust has been installed. CARFAX shows routine maintenance to have been carried out by Sonnen Porsche from new up until 2017, with subsequent services by Porsche Marin and Pagnano’s Auto of Santa Rosa, California.

@CorteoM I only have what is on the car fax and what we recently serviced oil change etc. Clutch is good driving wise catches perfectly no issues not sure if it is original

@luis.seneriz good morning tires are 2019 replaced recently michelin Cup 2 and brakes have about 70 percent pad life and oil change we just performed.

I owned an '08 Cab S 6 and the torque and road feel are amazing. You truly cannot overestimate how satisfying it is driving a 997S.
