Offered for auction is this 2007 Porsche 997 Carrera 4S Cabriolet finished in Black. The top-range Carrera Cabriolet offered at the time, this 4S commanded an original sticker price of over $111k and features a 3.8L flat-six engine driving all four wheels through an optional Tiptronic S transmission. This 2007 example was also ordered with 19” Turbo wheels, heated leather Sport Seats, Sport Chrono Package Plus, and an exclusive rear center console in aluminum-look. Highlighting a long history of service through authorized Porsche dealers, this Carrera 4S shows just over 88k miles on the odometer and is now being offered for auction by its seller out of New Jersey.
This 997 comes finished in nonmetallic Black (A1) with a matching cabriolet top, red brake calipers, and optional 19” Turbo wheels. The all-wheel-drive 4S also features wider fenders compared to the standard Carrera S. The full exterior has been preserved under a layer of clear paint protection film and the car is reported to have always been garage-kept. The factory wheels come dressed in a set of Bridgestone tires mounted within the last two years, additional images are provided in the gallery along with a clean CARFAX report.
The black interior features a pair of optional heated leather Sport Seats and a factory exclusive rear center console in aluminum-look. Other optional features include self-dimming mirrors, the Bose High-End Sound Package, a remote 6-disc CD changer, and navigation for PCM. The cabin is described to have been kept in excellent condition with all gauges and accessories working properly.
The naturally aspirated 3.8L flat-six engine produces up to 355 HP and 295 lb.-ft of torque. All four wheels are driven through an optional 5-speed Tiptronic S transmission that allows for both automatic and manual gear changes using the shifter buttons on the steering wheel. Porsche Stability Management (PSM) comes standard along with Porsche Active Suspension Management (PASM), while the optional Sport Chrono Package Plus allows the driver to further optimize performance with the press of a button. Over 40 maintenance records are provided on the CARFAX report including the most recent recommended service completed by Flemington Porsche of New Jersey in December of 2021.

@gmshep Thank you for the compliments and yes obviously this Porsche has never had any major work done to it but however to say that there’s been no upgrades or money thrown at it is kind of a insult.
My family owns over 12 Porsches and some are the rarest and most genuine models of its kind. Quick example my father has a 1989 911 Targa and he bought it in 1992 he used it as a everyday car that engine didn’t need any major work at all till almost 15 years later and ran it to
$265 k Miles Why? Because he didn’t treat it like fast and the furious and run the engine and trans into the ground. We Baby our Porsches… Eventually everyone pours money into their cars regardless but it all depends on how you treat the car plain and simple.
I too was curious about the inspection page until I hit the + button and could see that it was only measuring the tread life on the tires...which all appear to fall within a marginal range. Yes, garaged, yes, looks pretty but it does have a lot of miles without any major work, therefore I am going to bet that it will need some attention and $ thrown her way here soon. Need to contemplate what will need to be addressed here within the next year or so.

Yes The Top is literally in Bran new condition not faded or worn at all since this gem has been garage kept all its life. I will definitely add some photos of the Top very soon and yes it’s a automatic. Thank you!

Can you put up some photos (or video) of the top, the last service record, and explain the 3/2/22 inspection report (I can’t determine, for example, whether the brake pads were measured, maybe it’s just me and my iPad’s incompetence).
