Did you track the vehicle yourself! Looks like you maintained the car very well and hope it’s new home will be in Houston! Also I don’t think I am seeing the most recent oil report picture unless you are talking about the over rev

  • TurboDreamz 3 yearsago

@PashaS4 Thanks. I spoke to the shop that posted the video and one of the 2 shops you DM-Ed me.

FYI. Top Automove had good things to say about how you maintained your car and that they serviced the car while under your ownership; however, they did reiterate some concerns as mentioned in the video. They did not give an opinion one way or the other as to buy or not.

Mike provided positive feedback and only inspected the car so he didn’t have much history. Matt’s shop only ran the dyno according to his wife and she said it was a beast.

Lots for me to think about . . .

  • PashaS4 (seller) 3 yearsago

@TurboDreamz Sure! Send me a DM I'll send you the shop mechanic and direct number for him.

  • TurboDreamz 3 yearsago

@PashaS4 can you provide the names of the other shops and contact that would be willing to provide comment and or opinion?

    Thanks

  • PashaS4 (seller) 3 yearsago

Also just a heads up I still have the oem taillight, deck spoiler, and interior bits.

  • PashaS4 (seller) 3 yearsago

Reserve has been lifted! Let's keep bidding ladies and gentlemen! ?

  • PashaS4 (seller) 3 yearsago

Bid confidently! I've had the car at 2 other performance shops to look the car over! Have had glowing feedback! Car is an absolute head turner!

  • PashaS4 (seller) 3 yearsago

@TurboDreamz This is a super biased review as this shop owner wanted to purchase the car and went to town at trying to "find" anything he could to knock down the price as much as he could. I had spent well over $30k with him in the last 12 mo in preventive maintenance and servicing everything that he even slightly mentioned.

@Rasta997Turbo No I do not have the original wheels.

I'm not sure about previous owners but in my possession the front bumper has been painted just due to the front end having rockships over the years. Car has had a complete paint correction and pull ceramic coating done around this time last year.

  • Rasta997Turbo (registered bidder) 3 yearsago

Has the car been resprayed at any point and do you have the original rims?

  • PashaS4 (seller) 3 yearsago

Good morning everyone! Final hours before end of auction! Bid strongly and confidently for this beautiful example of a car! If anyone has any questions don't hesitate to ask!

  • PashaS4 (seller) 3 yearsago

@Hastings_ah To make it easier to understand. The car is set up to run at full power on E85. With that said the car can be driven in 93 oct pump fuel with a feather foot. Tune is available from Protomotive to run with a heavy foot on 93 oct if desired.

  • PashaS4 (seller) 3 yearsago

@Hastings_ah Confirmed with Todd from Protomotive (tuner). The car can run on pump 93 oct fuel. Although you are not supposed to go into full boost. The car can be flashed to run one 93 oct at full performance if desired although it will make less power.

  • Hastings_ah (registered bidder) 3 yearsago

Just a confirmation - this car car only run e85? Or is it set up so that it can run e85 if desired?

@Hastings_ah No it is upgraded to the electric erams from the stock hydraulic ones. It goes up and down and I will also include the OEM rear wing.

  • Hastings_ah (registered bidder) 3 yearsago

I am also assuming the rear spoiler is fixed?

  • PashaS4 (seller) 3 yearsago

@TheUnscented great question! The 997 fuel system is extremely robust. Because of the high quality materials that are used from the factory aside from injectors the rest of fuel system is suited to run e85 without question. But none the less when we had the engine out service many rubber gaskets and "while we are here" items were either replaced or upgraded.

  • TheUnscented (registered bidder) 3 yearsago

When setting up an older vehicle such as this for E85, are all rubber gaskets & fuel lines upgraded to prevent the corrosive effects of the high alcohol content in the fuel? Thanks in advance

  • PashaS4 (seller) 3 yearsago

@jlands good morning and great question. It was once done by previous owner but was only done incorrectly and than again by me early last year and this time everything was done properly glued and pinned. It was done at a local Porsche shop. I've got record of it.

  • jlands 3 yearsago

Did you have the engine work done or was it already done when you acquired it? Where was the work done? Thanks
