Inspired by the classic FJ40, the FJ Cruiser was launched in North America for the 2007 model year and was sold until 2014. It remains one of the most capable off-roaders available with full-time four-wheel drive, a two-speed transfer case, and a Torsen center differential. This inaugural-year example comes finished in Voodoo Blue over Dark Charcoal upholstery and features the optional Convenience Package, the Upgrade Package 2, a roof rack, and more. Acquired by the seller from a close family member, this FJ is now being offered for auction out of New York.

The retro-inspired FJ Cruiser features a grille-headlight arrangement and "TOYOTA" lettering along the front as an homage to its predecessor. This example comes finished in Voodoo Blue with a white-painted roof and features an optional roof rack. The Upgrade Package 2 adds 17” 6-spoke alloy wheels along with a full-size rear door-mounted spare tire. The seller notes minor signs of road wear on the hood. The cabin is trimmed in washable synthetic materials and Dark Charcoal water-resistant cloth along with a tan headliner. The Upgrade Package 2 includes exterior color-keyed door trim inserts, a leather-wrapped steering wheel with integrated audio controls, brushed aluminum gear and transfer case levers, a multi-information display, a 6-disc CD changer, and 9 speakers with a subwoofer switch. Other options include side airbags for the first & second rows, carpet floor mats with a matching cargo mat, and the Convenience Package which adds remote keyless entry, cruise control, power exterior mirrors, rear privacy glass, a rear wiper, Rear Intuitive Parking Assist, and daytime running lights. All gauges, electronics, and accessories are reported to be working properly.

The FJ Cruiser is equipped with a 4.0-liter DOHC V6 engine producing 260 HP and 271 lb.-ft of torque, which is sent to all four wheels through a 5-speed automatic transmission, two-speed transfer case, and locking Torsen center differential. The optional Upgrade Package 2 adds A-TRAC active traction control and a locking rear differential. The CARFAX report includes 9 service history entries along with 3 manufacturer recalls.
