In March of 2006, Lamborghini updated the flagship Murcielago supercar with a new LP640 designation, indicating a power increase as well as revised styling, a modified suspension, new programming, and an upgraded clutch for the E-gear transmission. Finished in Arancio Atlas over an Arancio Lenois/Nero Perseus leather interior, this 2008 Roadster version was custom ordered to its original owner's specifications with special interior stitching, Hemera wheels, the Branding Package, Carbon Fiber Package, Engine Frame/Under Bonnet in Carbon Fiber, Yellow brake calipers, wind deflectors, and more. It has remained under the care of the same collector from new and is now being offered for auction by its seller out of Missouri showing just over 100 miles on the odometer.
This Murcielago was ordered in Arancio Atlas (0058) with a black fabric soft top. Styling updates for the LP640 included a revised front bumper and rear diffuser, an enlarged left-side air intake to accommodate a larger oil cooler, and a trapezoidal center-exit exhaust outlet. Other equipment includes yellow brake calipers with black Lamborghini script, automatically-deploying rear air intakes, and bi-xenon headlamps. The factory 18” Hemera wheels include Lamborghini center caps and original Pirelli P-Zero tires. Detailed images are provided in the gallery in addition to a clean CARFAX report.
The cabin features Arancio Leonis leather upholstery on the center console and seats, with contrasting Nero Perseus leather on the dashboard and door panels with Q-Citura stitching. Carbon-fiber trim lines the door entries, center console, grab handle, instrument binnacle, and steering wheel rim. The 4-way power-adjustable seats are adorned with diamond-stitched inserts and embossed Lamborghini logos in the headrests. Amenities include automatic climate control, keyless entry, a perforated leather steering wheel, a 4-speaker sound system, and a Kenwood multimedia head unit.
The LP640 is powered by a naturally-aspirated 6.5L V12 rated at 631 HP and 487 lb.-ft of torque. All four wheels are driven through a 6-speed E-gear automated manual transmission with a limited-slip rear differential, allowing the LP640 Roadster to reach 60 MPH from a standstill in as little as 3.8 seconds with a top speed of over 200 MPH. CARFAX shows some history of dealership maintenance and the seller reports routine service and open recalls are due to be carried out.

@3Pedal The previous owner of the car has an extensive collection of cars, however, he lives several hundred miles away from licensed service centers, and since he never drives his cars he has a steward that takes care of his cars for him, he comes to his barn/car showroom to start them, let them get up to operating temp and also performs an annual oil service on them. We had planned to have my truck pick all three Lamborghini's up this spring to send to a franchise dealership for them to all be gone through, unfortunately he was diagnosed with a terminal illness and now we are instead working to liquidate his collection. The car is in perfect running order, but as I put in my ad, it is in need of a service. I am happy to have my local service center that I use for all my cars perform a fresh fluid service, or the new owner can take it to their local Lamborghini dealer and have a service done there.

@LilNuggs when I sent my truck to pick the car up I asked my client that had the car how many miles were on it, he said he thought around 300 so I used that number when I stocked the car into my system, when the car arrived it only had 109 miles on it so I changed it in my system. We have contacted carfax to fix the issue
I noticed CARFAX shows it offered for sale on March 1st, 2022 with 300 miles.. Is that the current mileage?
