Available for auction is this 2008 Mercedes-Benz W211 E350 4MATIC Wagon finished in Cubanite Silver Metallic over an Artico Brown MB-Tex leather interior. With a development cost of over $2 billion, the W211 debuted at the Brussels Motor Show in January 2002. This 2008 example benefits from the W211s mid-cycle refresh which included a restyled cabin and bodywork, along with new equipment. This 3-owner lifelong southern wagon comes equipped with a sunroof, 4-Matic all-wheel-drive, a Harman Kardon audio system, and a stowable third-row seat. With a recent service performed, this E350 now shows 121k miles on the odometer and is being offered for auction by its seller out of Florida.
This E350 comes finished in Cubanite Silver Metallic which is said to show a few rock chips at the front, two small dents on the driver and passenger doors, and a small crack in the driver's mirror blinker lens. Detailed images are available in the photo gallery along with a clean CARFAX report. The mid-cycle refresh brought with it a restyled front grille, side mirrors, redesigned headlamps, front spoiler, and rear lights. This E350 comes equipped with variable-focus halogen headlamps, roof rails, a rear fog, front halogen fog lamps, a rain sensing windshield with heated washer reservoir, and 17” 7-spoke alloy wheels which come dressed in a set of Michelin Primacy Tour tires.
Inside you find a nicely appointed cabin trimmed in durable Artico Brown MB-Tex leather with burled walnut wood trim. The seller states the cabin remains very well kept while showing a minor crack on the plastic latch trim on the rear seat, and a hairline crack on the A/C trim. Amenities include an electric tilt/slide sunroof, 10-way power operated front seats with memory and heating functions, a power tilting and telescoping wood and leather steering wheel, a Harman Kardon audio system, and a stowable third-row seat. All gauges, lights, and features are said to remain fully functional.
Power comes from an M272 3.5L DOHC 24-valve V6 engine which produced up to 268 HP and 258 lb-ft of torque when new. All four wheels are driven by way of a five-speed automatic transmission and a 4MATIC all-wheel-drive system. The CARFAX report highlights service dating back as far as 2008 and all factory campaigns are said to have been completed. More recently a service was completed in 2021 which included new front CV axles, front struts, tie rods, a fuel tank leak recall, and a fresh oil change was carried out just this past Thursday, December 16th.

Is the rear air suspension holding air?
@Bilinski4447 Just looked at the tread and I would assume 85%. The tires have 9K miles on them. Mounted 4/11/20. Good to go for any road trips or commuting around town. Thanks.

@Bilinski4447 Yes, the books in the factory soft case are included. Physically have the service records from the last two years, more service information can be found on the Carfax. The dents on the driver and left rear door appear to be simple door dings. I would imagine a dent professional could take care of them easily. I can post the close up photos by the end of the day.
