Now available for auction is this 2008 Mercedes Benz W251 R350 finished in Bright Silver Metallic over an Anthracite MB-Tex interior. Introduced in 2006, the R-Class was marketed by Mercedes as a “sports tourer” with luxurious accommodations and seating capacity for up to 7 adults. Based on the W164 M-Class, the larger R-Class offered more interior room and utility for those in search of an alternative to the conventional minivan. Featuring a rare rear-wheel-drive configuration, this R350 has undergone a fresh oil change and is now being offered for auction by its seller out of Florida showing just over 78k on the odometer.
This R-Class is finished in Bright Silver Metallic and features factory AMG body styling including a special front fascia and side skirts. It was also ordered with the Exterior Chrome Package, which adds chrome trim to the front grille, fog light bezels, side moldings, window surrounds, and rear tailgate. The interior of this R-Class is appointed with Anthracite MB-Tex material and Birdseye Fineline wood trim. Paint depth measurements show that this R350 is all original with no prior damage, body work or paint work.
The A/C temperature stays right around 53 to 57 degrees.
