Now up for auction is this 2008 Porsche 997 Turbo Coupe finished in Black. Featuring a coveted twin-turbocharged Mezger engine paired with a fast-shifting 5-speed Tiptronic S transmission, this first-generation 997 Turbo also came optioned with a black full leather interior, Exclusive Porsche crested headrests, a three-spoke multifunction steering wheel, and the Sport Chrono Package. Said to have been cared for by the same family in California throughout its entire life, this Turbo Coupe is now being offered for auction while showing approximately 10k miles on the odometer.
This 997 is finished in Black and features Turbo-specific front and rear bumpers, wide fenders, side air intakes, and a speed-activated rear spoiler. The exterior is described to have been very well preserved while benefitting from a recent ceramic coating treatment. Detailed images are provided in the photo gallery along with paint meter readings and a clean CARFAX report. This 997 rides on factory 19” Turbo wheels dressed in a set of brand new Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires.
Inside, this Turbo is appointed with a premium black full leather interior featuring an optional three-spoke multifunction steering wheel, a Sport Chrono stopwatch, and Exclusive Porsche crested headrests. The cabin appears to have been very well kept and the seller confirms all accessories and electrical functions to be working properly.
Derived from the GT1 Le Mans race car, the 3.6L twin-turbo Mezger design is regarded as one of Porsche’s greatest engines. An output of up to 480 HP and 460 lb.-ft of torque is sent to all four wheels through a 5-speed Tiptronic S transmission that allows for both automatic and manual gear changes using the buttons located on the steering wheel. Acceleration from 0-60 MPH is accomplished in as little as 3.4 seconds, compared with 3.7 seconds for standard 6-speed manual cars. The CARFAX report highlights services dating back as far as 2007 and the seller states that a standard service and oil change have been recently completed in preparation for sale.

I talked to the detailer and he informed me it was the highest quality, it is ceramic and wax. Product name is Adam's. Cost me $2000.
It was a ceramic infusion. 2 coats were applied.
